Chapter 192: You Did Well
Dan Hanjie quickly pulled the trigger, killing the first person that came looking for them.
A black figure flashed, disappearing like a leopard in front of a stone.
In the dark, Qin Youxuan couldn’t see who was shooting, her ears filled with loud noises.
In a short while, she saw the people who were chasing them falling one by one.
Dan Hanjie’s mouth was stained with blood. He gripped his belly with one hand, while the other hand accurately pulled the trigger. Not one bullet was wasted.
The ghostly figure was like a blood-thirsty Asura from hell. His demon-like eyes in the dim moonlight, emitted a terrifying glow.
With a hollow sound, Dan Hanjie threw the gun and quickly hid in the pile of stones.
“Split up and find him, he’s out of bullets!” The leader of the men roared, and quickly entered the pile of stones, holding his gun and looking for him.
He quickly approached where Qin Youxuan was hiding.
Just one step away, when Qin Youxuan had held her breath so much that she didn’t even dare to open her eyes, Dan Hanjie’s ghostly figure swiftly appeared, knocking down the person who was nearest to him with just one punch.
With a backhand grab, he broke the other person’s arm, and took the gun into his own hands.
His movements were so swift that the people behind him didn’t have time to react, and were knocked down with a kick.
After several consecutive shots, Dan Hanjie’s movements have evidently slowed down.
His face instantly turned a little pale, his gun-holding finger was a bit stiff, and he didn’t pull the trigger for a long time.
A man raised his gun, pointed at his heart, and pulled the trigger.
Dan Hanjie’s eyes dimmed, reflecting a dangerous light, but his body was out of control.
In that split second, a petite figure threw herself to the ground, picking up a gun.
The crisp sound of the gunshot made people’s hearts tighten instantly.
Dan Hanjie watched the man in black fall heavily in front of him, a pool of blood spreading out from his body, his eyes wide open in surprise.

Qin Youxuan was shaking, holding the gun in both hands. She stared at the body on the ground, her eyes wider than those of the dead man, her lips quivering, her voice trembling.

“Yes, you did well. To be merciful to enemies is to be cruel to oneself.” Dan Hanjie embraced her tightly, holding her so close as if he wanted to incorporate her into his body.
