Jin Lan displeasedly pinched Jin Chenye’s arm.
Following his gaze to see Qin Youxuan, she got even more irritated.

“So that’ll be three steaks, one medium-rare and two medium-well.” Meng Ziqi closed the menu and handed it to the waiting waiter.

Jin Chenye firmly retorted, dragging her towards the nearby emergency exit, all the way to a stairwell where he pinned her against the wall.
“What happened?” Chenye asked.
Something was bothering her, he could easily tell.
“Why is it your business?” Qin Youxuan was taken aback, then laughed coldly.
She unwittingly thought of something Dan Hanjie once said, “Do you live near the sea? You’re too nosy.”
Too bad, he’s gone now…
Otherwise, knowing that Chenye had grabbed her hand again, he would probably punish her.
