“So Miss Qin is even reluctant to shake hands. It seems that I’ve done something to earn her disdain.” Diwu Zexuan lightly chuckled, nonchalantly drawing back his hand.
“Miss, he is the divine doctor that the young master invited to treat Mrs. Lan.” The housekeeper quietly reminded from the side.
Qin Youxuan paused, shifting her gaze to Jin Chenye.
Jin Lan has become a vegetable, and yet he refuses to give up.

“I have some things to take care of, I’ll take my leave.” Qin Youxuan gave a nod to the housekeeper with a smile, turned around, and walked away.
If he is here to save Jin Lan, then he might be a friend to her.
After Qin Youxuan took a few steps forward, she felt the gaze behind her, straightened her back, and left without looking back.
“Mr. Diwu, do you know Xuan?” Jin Chenye’s doubt shifted his gaze onto Diwu Zexuan, he glanced at him warily.
“I wouldn’t say I know her, but I have encountered her. She hit my car and refused to compensate. It seems she has some prejudices against me. Are all the girls from Fico City this unruly?”
Diwu Zexuan slightly curved the corner of his lips, a sly and indecipherable twinkle in his smile.

“My mother is still in the hospital, I will send the medical records to you as soon as possible. Once you are certain that you can wake her up, I will arrange for you to treat her.” Jin Chenye spoke politely.

“Housekeeper, prepare the guest room.” Jin Chenye cut to the chase and spoke directly, “I have to get back to the office, I won’t accompany Mr. Diwu.”
“Mr. Diwu, this way please.” The housekeeper instantly moved forward, bending gallantly, “I’m the housekeeper of the Qin family, if you have any issues with your living arrangements or meals, you can consult me.”
“I have a question right now, not sure if it’s appropriate, could you tell me which room is Miss Qin’s?” Diwu Zexuan asked leisurely, hands in his pockets, an interesting smile pulling at the corner of his lips.
“Um….” The housekeeper’s steps faltered, he looked up at Diwu, and then back to Jin Chenye whose face had instantly fallen, but he dared not to respond.
“Never mind, if it’s inconvenient, I’ll ask her when she comes back. Get me my luggage, I’ll go to my room myself. Also, I dislike being disturbed when I’m preparing medical treatments, unless it’s urgent, don’t let anyone into my room.”
Diwu Zexuan took over the suitcase and headed back to his room. The next second, he closed the door.
The housekeeper didn’t even get a chance to introduce the layout of the guest room before he got shut out.
“Young master…” The housekeeper came back to Jin Chenye, feeling quite helpless.
“I know. Get back to your work.”
“Yes.” The housekeeper turned around and left right away.
Only when no one else was around did the assistant who had been quietly standing next to Jin Chenye lower his voice, “Boss, it seems as though Diwu Zexuan is very interested in Miss Qin. We need to be cautious.”
