Having said that, his handsome figure strides toward the door.

“Leave us, I have something to talk with Master Jin.” Qin Mo glanced at Jin Chenye, looking past him to the assistant behind.
“Yes.” The assistant respectfully withdrew from the study and closed the door.
“Pour me a cup of tea.” Qin Mo moved towards the desk and naturally sat down. He raised an eyebrow towards a somewhat surprised Jin Chenye.
Jin Chenye blinked, and nodded.
He respectfully poured a cup of tea and placed it in front of Qin Mo, “It’s hot, be careful, dad.”
However, Qin Mo did not reach for the teacup. He looked at him without blinking, his eyes weary. “There are certain things which I originally planned to take to the grave. But now, I’m forced to tell you, about something that happened over twenty years ago. When your mother was pregnant with you, I was determined to marry her…”
Qin Mo paused, temporarily closing his eyes.
“Before I tell you, I want you to swear…”
Jin Chenye’s body stiffened. His handsome face became rigid, the gentle and deep eyes hardened.
Upon seeing Jin Chenye emerge, the assistant waiting outside the study rushed forward.
Jin Chenye stared somberly. His handsome figure leaned desolately on the door, his pale face conveyed an air of unwillingness and regret…
He gave a cold glance to the assistant, handing him documents, “Take these share transfer papers for notarization, also, inform the media, I intend to hold a press conference, formally announcing that I have become the largest shareholder of the Qin Group, ready to fully take over.”

He slammed the door shut.
Jin Chenye let out an anguished cry, crazily clutching his hair, then with a swift powerful kick, turned over the sofa.
Everything that could be smashed in the room was destroyed.
The large desk was smashed into pieces, mottled blood stained the edges, splattering on the floor…
“Why… Why can’t I even have this last bit of hope…”
A faint sneer curled on the corner of Jin Chenye’s lips.
With his hands hanging by his side, the skin of his knuckles worn raw, blood seeping out.
Yet, he seemed to feel nothing, just numbly surveying everything in the room.
Accepting weird looks from others since he was a child, he accepted.
