“I know I can’t help being born with this beautiful face, but isn’t it a bit much, staring at me so blatantly?” Qin Youxuan joked playfully, her cheeks reddening, only heaving a sigh of relief when he gave a slight smile.

“Let’s eat first, we’ll talk later.” Dan Hanjie interrupted Qin Youxuan, sending Yao a displeased glance.
Yao lowered his gaze, silent.
His surprise was too great, causing him to lose his composure.

“I’m not eating.” Qin Youxuan let go of his hand, walked over to the couch in the living room, and sat down. “I won’t eat until everything is clear.”
“Don’t look at me like that; yes, I’m being immature. Like a child throwing a tantrum and refusing food. If you can’t stand it, then leave me be. I’ll starve to death.” Qin Youxuan turned her face away, puffing her cheeks out in anger.
Dan Hanjie was always keeping secrets from her. Without resorting to this, she really didn’t know how to get him to open up.
She’s not an idiot, and she knows when she’s being treated well.
But who likes being controlled under the pretense of protection?

“If I let you decide everything for me, how am I different from a puppet?” Qin Youxuan took a deep breath as she finished her speech, nervously fixing her eyes on him.
