Qin Youxuan stuck her tongue out, “I slept this long just to avoid your medicine. Guess it didn’t work.”
The strong smell of the medicine made her feel dizzy.
If she could, she really wanted to crawl back into bed and play dead.
“Have you never heard the saying, ‘bitter medicine cures illness’? Drink this properly!” Rui Hui handed her the medicine bowl and raised an eyebrow.
“Don’t struggle, just gulp it down. Afterwards, go have breakfast, although it’s more like lunch now. If I didn’t know about your special circumstances, I would have thought Jie was tormenting you all night based on your exhausted face, it leaves a lot to the imagination…”

The medicinal drink turned her stomach.
She walked into the dining room looking dejected, but didn’t see Dan Hanjie around, she frowned.
“Stop looking for him. Jie has gone out and asked you to wait for him at home. If you really miss him, I don’t mind if you call him.” Rui Hui was sitting at the dining table, spreading salad dressing on her bread.
Her elegant movements juxtaposed with her teasing words presented a stark contrast.
Qin Youxuan sat down at the dining table, confused, and tucked into her food.
Suddenly, she felt that psychiatrists and psychologists were equally terrifying.
“Rui Hui, do you know where he went?”
