Qin Youxuan startled, throwing herself into his arms and held him around his waist, “Not in a hurry. Why don’t you stay here and keep me company?”

She spread her hands, displaying a facade of worry with subtle mischief lurking in her eyes.
“You’re such a trickster.” Dan Hanjie pinched her little nose and stood up from the sofa, “Stay home and wait for me.”
Qin Youxuan nodded, waving at him with her small hand.
Watching as he turned to leave, her eyes dimmed.
She returned to the sofa, looking up at the ceiling…
“These are the departments being inspected by the visiting group, and today’s meeting discussion points…”
As soon as they were in the car, Yao handed him a report.

Qin Youxuan nervously fiddled with her fingers, not daring to meet his gaze, “I wanted to see the stars and I accidentally fell asleep…”
