A hand suddenly blocked the elevator door and then a tall figure squeezed in through the gap.

Looking down at her from a height, his eyes red, “Is your hatred for me so deep that you’re willing to grievously wound me through media commentary, even using the company as a stake? Do you know that if this matter is not handled well, Qin Group could fall apart?!”
“This is my father’s company, do you even know what you’re doing?!”
“What, are you scared?” Qin Youxuan, after being scolded, was not angry but laughed instead.
She reached out a hand and pushed Jin Chenye, looking up at him with a smirk, “I am that capricious. Even if I destroy my things, I won’t give them to you!”
“Get out of the way, stop blocking my path!” Qin Youxuan glanced at the elevator now at the first floor and her face cooled.
They now had nothing to say to each other. Since the day he returned to the country, it was inevitable they’d have this confrontation, it was just happening a little earlier than expected.
Qin Youxuan dispelled the gloom in her eyes and straightened her back.
Jin Chenye followed her gaze and glanced at the floor indicator of the elevator, then pushed the button for the top floor.
The elevator doors just opened and then slowly closed, resuming its climb.
Qin Youxuan, who was about to step out of the elevator, was yanked back by him, causing her to curse indignantly.
She forcefully shook off his arm, walked to the elevator’s control panel, and was about to press the button for the next floor when her hand was held by Jin Chenye.
