After killing the Blade Wyvern, I flew around the area for a while, taking all the safety measures I could.
I had limited myself to monsters that were strong enough and close to the research base, but I still ended up hunting a fair number of them. It seemed that the other monsters also sensed my rampage as all signs of life disappeared from the area.
From today, I would be at the top of this ecosystem.
This land would now be under the control of this Demon Lord, so you all must listen to what I say. It had not been turned into my dungeon area yet.
The members of the Sheep Horn Clan were here, and most importantly, I'd brought my son with me. I needed to do everything I could to secure the place, or I might get into trouble later.

Back at the research base, Layla greeted us with a smile while rocking Sakuya.

There was only an inorganic stone wall with numerous instruments and magical tools installed by the research team on it.
But now, when I touched it…my hand slipped through…
When I stepped inside, my body went into the stone wall – and a passage appeared beyond that.
"This is… It's like another world." (Yuki)
The outside was weathered.
But the inside…was not weathered…
A group of torches leaning against the wall were mysteriously emitting a bright blue light.
A beautiful passage that had not faded at all.
There was a staircase leading down, and it was difficult to see what was ahead.
