Chapter 75: After the Choice
It was his first time holding a man, but he had never imagined he could become so completely engrossed.
"I wish I could just stay inside you like this forever, Qiong Xing."
"If you do that... I’ll break, you know."
Seeing Qiong Xing warn him even as his voice trembled with pleasure made a smile spill across Joa’s face.
That was true.
If Qiong Xing were to break because of it, there would be no point.
Joa then guided Qiong Xing’s arms that was already too weak to hold around his neck.
At the same time, he grabbed his hips and began to give Qiong Xing the final push.
As he slammed into him as if churning the white liquid inside with wet, slapping sounds, he held the body that jolted with pleasure close.

He then hooked the basket full of raspberries over his arm and scooped Qiong Xing up in his arms.
He placed a light kiss on that childlike sleeping face and then headed back to the hideout.

Those words never reached the sleeping man, but satisfied with that, Joa slowly made his way home.
After that, when Qiong Xing returned to the hideout while being carried in Joa’s arms, just as expected, the sight of two figures running toward them at full speed appeared.
"Is the work finished?"
"It’s finished."
"We finished it!"

Leander way of speaking was slightly concerning, but deciding it was fine, the four of them headed toward the room together.
Along the way they picked up Cari as well, and once they arrived in the room, as if it were the most natural thing in the world, Qiong Xing was made to sit on Joa’s lap as he sat down on the sofa.
"Joa?"
"Hm?"
Tilting his head as if to ask why, he instead received a look of confusion in return.

When Qiong Xing admonished them, Leander and Elias nodded reluctantly and sat down on the chairs facing them.
Cari was sitting on Qiong Xing’s lap.
"Then, though it’s sudden, Joa has become my mate."

"So it really happened..."
Hey, Leander, that’s bad manners.
The two of them seemed quite irritated, but they didn’t look particularly surprised.
"You’re not surprised?"
As Qiong Xing wondered why, he was met for some reason with a sigh in response.
"You can tell just by looking at Joa. The way he looks at you is the same as the way we do."

Why Leander was acting so high and mighty was a mystery...
But it was true that wanting Joa as a mate was Qiong Xing’s own selfish wish, so he didn’t say anything.
