A Saiyan's Journey Chapter 279

"You drew another doujin?"

Shin raised an eyebrow as he looked at the stack of drafts Eriri handed him.

How long had it been since her last doujin? It probably hadn't even been printed yet, right? So why was she already diving headfirst into a new one, with even the rough sketches almost complete?

Flipping through the drafts, Shin noticed there were quite a few pages—it wasn't just simple practice sketches. This was a fully-fledged doujin in the making.

"...Is it a crime to be inspired? Just look at it already!"

Under Shin's peculiar gaze, Eriri seemed a little flustered. Her twin golden ponytails even swayed slightly—but at least she didn't smack herself in the face with them.

Truthfully, even Eriri was surprised that she had managed to produce an entire set of drafts in just a few days.

But despite her own shock at her efficiency, she knew exactly why she had rushed to complete this doujin.

On one hand, as she had said, inspiration had struck. After witnessing Shin and Irisviel 's "practical exercises" and experimenting with some of those toys herself, ideas had flooded her mind nonstop.

Though she found it exasperating that this was the kind of inspiration she was getting, as an artist, she had faithfully translated her desires into sketches.

On the other hand, her motivation to finish the drawings so quickly also came from their agreement—once the drafts were done, she had to show them to Shin first.

And didn't that give her the perfect excuse to spend time with him up close?

Even though she still insisted she had no special feelings for Shin, her heart and body were being completely honest.

If it weren't for the fact that finishing her drawings meant she could be alone with him, she probably wouldn't have completed so many pages in such a short time.

"So? Any parts that need fixing?"

Eriri watched anxiously as Shin flipped through her work. To be honest, she hadn't even been this nervous when showing her mother her art.

After all, these were doujin sketches. Even though she had already done very intimate things with Shin, it was still embarrassing.

"Hmm... most of it is quite good. There are even noticeable improvements in many areas."

As someone who had read countless doujins, Shin gave his genuine critique.

Perhaps because Eriri had observed his "practical exercises" with Irisviel , her depiction of facial expressions was now incredibly detailed.

If an inexperienced person saw this, they'd probably blush furiously—but Shin, now a seasoned "veteran," wasn't so easily flustered by a mere doujin.

However, soon enough, he picked out a few pages and placed them on the table.

"Compared to the other pages where you've improved a lot, these ones have serious problems. In fact, they seem like a step backward—there are too many issues that need fixing."

He then shot Eriri a suspicious look.

"You didn't do this on purpose, did you?"

Shin had every reason to suspect that Eriri had intentionally drawn these pages poorly just so she could use them as an excuse to make him "help" her in some questionable ways.

It sounded ridiculous, but given that Eriri was a doujin artist with a brain full of not-so-normal ideas, it wasn't impossible.

Eriri immediately panicked, waving her hands frantically while her face turned bright red.

Even a stranger who knew nothing about her would've been able to tell she had just been called out.

In truth, she hadn't originally intended to do it on purpose—she had just been sketching late at night and made some mistakes due to drowsiness.

She had planned to correct them. But then, a thought crossed her mind—since she had to show these sketches to Shin anyway, why not leave the mistakes in?

That way, Shin would have a reason to demonstrate things for her. Nᴇw ɴovel chaptᴇrs are published on 𝕟𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕝✦𝘧𝙞𝙧𝙚✦𝕟𝕖𝕥

For example, he might say, "The leg positioning here is off. In this situation, a girl's legs should be positioned ," and then proceed to touch her legs for reference...

Normally, Eriri wasn't the type to have such perverse thoughts about a guy. But after these past few days of "training" with Shin, she felt like she was breaking a little.

"There are indeed a lot of areas that need fixing, especially with anatomy."

As Shin spoke, he pulled out his phone, placed it on the desk, and pointed the camera at Eriri.

"Eh? What are you doing?"

Eriri blinked in confusion at first. Then she suddenly realized—the phone's camera was aimed directly at her.

"Rather than slowly explaining all your mistakes, wouldn't it be better for you to experience them firsthand?" Shin smirked as he leaned toward her.

Eriri's intentions were way too obvious. She was, after all, a character who had been officially labeled a loser in love—there was no way she could pull off some deep, intricate plan.

Since that was the case, Shin decided to just grant her wish and let her personally experience the exact poses a girl would take in "real practice."

As Shin approached, Eriri swallowed nervously.

And suddenly—she chickened out.

She couldn't help it. When she had been alone at home, she had let her imagination run wild. But now that things were actually happening, she realized a very serious problem.

Shin's stamina was way too strong.

Would she even be able to handle it?

"U-uh, maybe we should, you know, find another time? Class is about to start..."

Eriri let out a dry laugh and shrank back slightly. Although her mind screamed retreat, her legs refused to move.

"Don't worry. The next few classes—nobody will notice we're missing."

Shin chuckled darkly.

Come on, now. She had practically thrown herself at him, and now she thought she could back out?

Classes weren't an issue at all. Shin simply summoned Blackbird Requiem and fixed the "outcome" that for the next few hours, no teachers would notice any absences.

Just in case, he also locked in the result that no one would come near the art club room for the next few hours.

Although Eriri had no idea Shin had just manipulated fate itself to solve their class-skipping problem, she could tell from his expression that there was no way she was getting out of this.

And it was only at this very moment that she finally realized what her mother, Sayuri Sawamura, had meant when she warned her:

"Don't do anything that could result in a baby."

…So this was what she was referring to?!
