The existence of Zuno wasn't widely known—most beings in the universe had no idea there was someone like him, capable of answering any question.
In the original series, only major factions like the Galactic Patrol, Beerus, the Heeters, and Moro were aware of Zuno's existence.
Either they were powerful organizations or beings with connections to the gods—none of them were ordinary.
Even the Heeters, though they knew of the legendary "Greatest Information Broker" Zuno, had no way to locate his planet.
Zuno possessed an innate ability to gather information, but as a price, he was bound to provide answers to others, unable to do as he pleased.
Much like how the Angels were tied to their respective Gods of Destruction—when a God of Destruction vanished, their Angel would cease functioning until a new one was appointed.
Great power came with great constraints.
Many envied their natural gifts, but how could they understand the sacrifices these beings had to make?

Zuno glanced around the empty hall, thinking to himself as he reached out with his stubby hands to take a sip of tea offered by an attendant.
Since Zuke's last visit, no guests had come, and Zuno had long grown accustomed to it.
But just as that thought crossed his mind, two figures abruptly appeared in the hall.
Zuno froze, then squinted to see who it was—and nearly spat out his tea.
"Yo, Zuno, long time no see."
Zuke grinned at the pudgy figure, his smile carrying a hint of mischief—at least, that's how Zuno perceived it.
Beside him stood Merus, whom Zuke had brought along via Instant Transmission, wearing a resigned smile.
Though Merus was currently in his human form and hadn't reverted to his Angel state, Zuno—the "Omniscient" of the universe—instantly recognized his true identity.
Zuno barely managed to swallow his tea, staring at Merus in disbelief.
It wasn't that meeting an Angel was an issue—in fact, Angels generally treated him well. For instance, Whis, the Angel of Universe 7, had even gifted him a cube spaceship.
The real problem was that Merus had been brought here by Zuke, and judging by Merus' demeanor, the two were on good terms.
That was a huge red flag. Zuno knew full well that Zuke was no saint, and his visit definitely spelled trouble.
He had initially assumed that if Zuke ever encountered an Angel, he'd be punished for stealing the cube spaceship.
But now, not only was there no punishment—Zuke seemed to be on friendly terms with one!
Zuno suddenly felt his future growing bleak.
"No need to call me 'Angel.' I'm still just a trainee," Merus said with a wry smile. He had expected Zuno to see through his identity immediately.
Though Zuno couldn't predict the future, any information existing in the present universe was within his grasp.
Merus had been working undercover with the Galactic Patrol for a while now, so his records were undoubtedly in Zuno's database.
"So, you want me to collaborate with the Frieza Force and the Heeter Group?"
After hearing Zuke's proposal, Zuno was utterly stunned.
He had expected nothing good from Zuke's visit, but he never imagined the man would try to rope him into working with the Frieza Force.
"Not satisfied with extorting information from me once, now you want to drag me into your empire?!"
"To be precise, it's now the Zuke Force," Zuke corrected, wagging a finger at Zuno with a meaningful smirk.

Zuno's lips twitched. In front of Zuke, his usual composed demeanor crumbled, leaving him feeling utterly defeated.
He had no fondness for the Frieza Force—Frieza himself had once come to demand information.
Unsurprisingly, Frieza hadn't followed Zuno's rules of "payment" and instead used force to extract what he wanted.
That was why the Frieza Force's records included Zuno's planet's coordinates—because Frieza had actually been here.
"If you're worried about us skipping the 'information fee,' don't be."
Zuke chuckled. He was well aware of Zuno's "payment rules."
"I'll have members of the Zuke Force take turns kissing you as 'payment'—just as you've always required."
Zuno's face twisted as if he'd bitten into something vile.
His rules were indeed as Zuke described—any visitor to his planet could ask questions based on how much Zuno "liked" their kisses.
And Zuno wasn't picky—men, women, it didn't matter.
With the Zuke Force's numbers, they could take turns kissing him for years without issue.
"Zuno, while Zuke's plan is… unconventional, it is a viable solution."
Merus, who had already been briefed on the plan, wore an awkward expression but still backed Zuke up.
"You sit around doing nothing all day anyway. Answering questions for Zuke's men fits your role, doesn't it?"

He intended to absorb the Heeter Group into his organization, gradually shifting the force's focus from conquest to information brokering.
And who had the best intel in the universe? Zuno, of course.
By forming an alliance with Zuno, the Zuke Force would become the most powerful information network in existence.
Had it just been Zuke alone, Zuno would've refused outright.
But as Zuke had anticipated—with Merus present, Zuno found it much harder to reject the proposal.
