The two were entwined once more, and as the violent storm raged outside the window, the temperature inside gradually rose, enhancing the sensation.
Yun Ya had Miaomiao on his mind the whole time. He pushed Yan Song away, got up, and wrapped a bath towel around himself, "I’m going to check on Miaomiao."
With those words, he walked out.
Yan Song walked to the bathroom door and picked up the clothes that had fallen earlier.
Miaomiao was half a head shorter than he was, so wearing Miaomiao’s clothes not only made the sleeves short but also turned the pants into capris – strangely fashionable.
The pale blue pullover with polka dots and the pinkish-white pants clashed tremendously with Yan Song’s usual style, resulting in an altogether fresh and youthful look; where Miaomiao would appear pure and boyish, Yan Song gave off the vibe of a catwalk model, exuding a sense of fashion.
When Yun Ya came in through the door and saw Yan Song’s outfit, he couldn’t help but laugh, "You and Miaomiao give off totally different vibes; you look like..." Yun Ya furrowed his brows in thought, "like a runway model, pretty good-looking."
"Brother Yan, don’t always wear just black and white; you should try out other styles too. Otherwise, wouldn’t that be a waste of your handsome face and great physique?" Yun Ya had already changed into another set of clothes, a white loungewear and loose pants, exuding a homey vibe.
"All those fancy colors, you’d look like a glamorized fox," Yan Song frowned in distaste.
Yan Song’s clothing choices always featured cool colors, sticking to black, white, and grey, all of which were selected by Zhuang Xiyue. She knew her son’s tastes well, so the clothes she prepared each season were always impeccable; and Zhuang Xiyue was quite the fashionista herself, having cultivated Yan Song’s taste from a young age. Later, when Yan Song grew up and stopped following her advice, his self-styled ensembles were still quite good.
Even though they say a handsome guy looks good in a burlap sack, it would be a shame to not take advantage of that face. Not only was Yan Song incredibly attractive, but his fashion sense was on point too – he even sparked a campus trend at one point, with other guys eager to imitate him, solidifying his status as the school’s heartthrob beyond challenge.
Unable to resist, Yun Ya covered her mouth with a hand and giggled, "Are you implying that Miaomiao looks like a glamorized fox in your eyes?"
The clothes Miaomiao wore were all arranged by Yun Ya, mostly in light colors such as pale blue and pinkish-white, soft and lightweight. Combined with Miaomiao’s handsome features and ethereal quality, he truly embodied youthful beauty and grace.
Everyone needs to find a style that suits them, and clearly, Yan Song and Miaomiao had different tastes, naturally not seeing eye to eye with each other.
However, Yan Song had to admit, only someone with a "pretty boy" face like Miaomiao could pull off colors typically worn by women.
"Has Miaomiao woken up?" Yan Song changed the subject and asked.
Yun Ya shook his head, "No, I guess he’ll sleep until evening."
Just then, Yun Ya’s stomach growled audibly, and Yan Song gave her a frowning look, "Didn’t you have lunch?"
"Good, I haven’t eaten either. What do you want to eat? Shall I cook something?"
Yun Ya glanced at the time, "It’s already past two. What if we can’t make the flight? We wasted too much time bathing earlier."
Yan Song raised an eyebrow, "I forgot to tell you, the flight has been delayed due to the weather, with a new time to be announced later."

Aunt Li found it incredible to see the young master bustling around the kitchen. The one who usually never lifted a finger was surprisingly skilled at cooking and looked quite adept.

"It’s the only explanation that makes sense. If you don’t believe me, try and see if you can find this flavor in anyone else’s food," he teased.
Yun Ya wanted to mention Brother Ah Du, but she only thought about it internally, lest Brother Yan would pester her relentlessly once more; and after giving it some thought, she realized that indeed, the flavor of the dishes cooked by Brother Ah Du differed from Brother Yan’s.
Brother Ah Du’s flavors were exquisite, akin to what a hotel chef would prepare, complete with color, aroma, and taste – a feast for the taste buds.
