If the Nascent Soul wandered within the body, rising from the Dantian, as small as a Yellow Bud, it ascended within the body, passing through the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, as if leaping over great mountains, revealing their magnificence and majesty.
The ascending process entailed traversing the Jiang Palace (heart), crossing the Golden Mansion (lungs), entering the Twelve-Story Tower (throat), reaching the Turquoise Pool (mouth), crossing the Divine Bridge (tongue touching the palate), entering the Worldly Pool (nasal cavity), rising to where the sun and moon reside (eyes), entering the Heavenly Court (forehead and brain), and flying into the Great Heavenly Domain (top of the head).
If one opened one’s mouth while crossing the Divine Bridge, white light could be sprayed forth.
Cultivating to the nasal cavity, the Worldly Pool, allowed one to exhale the breath of Heng and Ha.
When refining to the level of the eyes, two beams of light could shoot out, reaching distances of dozens of meters!
Chen Shi’s Nascent Soul ascended to the Great Heavenly Domain and flew out of the body. He felt as if there was another self outside of him, as if he had gained an additional body.
