"Still, I want to know where you got her from..." she continued, causing an eyebrow raise from Ryuk.
He could really see that she was determined to learn about Isha's origins.
"Why? Why do you want to know where she is from?" he asked directly.
She replied, "We Frost Wyverns are creatures that are both rare and common, and that depends on species differences."
"Species differences?" Ryuk asked, and she nodded.
"Yes, we might all look the same, but we're not."
"There are hierarchies based on potential, and nothing is more set in stone than the peak cultivation level of a Frost Wyvern at birth."
"The base cultivation level for a Frost Wyvern is the peak of the Dominion Stage. Even the weakest of us, referred to as Snowflakes, have the lowest potential and weakest strength, despite possessing similar forms to other Frost Wyverns."
"The second tier among Frost Wyverns is the Frost Veil Tier. They can reach the Cataclysm Stage and at most, the Peak Cataclysm Stage, but that is the maximum cultivation level they can attain," she explained lengthily as Ryuk's eyebrows furrowed.
Isha was currently at the Cataclysm Stage, and if Ryuk activated King's Aura, her power would increase by 50%, allowing her to touch upon the boundaries of the Pseudo-Eternal Stage.
'Could her peak potential be the Cataclysm Stage?'
"The third tier is the Glacier Tier. They can reach the Eternity Stage, but the Eternity Stage is an entirely different realm altogether."
"Anything can happen once one becomes a True Being, and potential can be artificially enhanced through various fortuitous encounters. Still, it is safe to say that a Glacier Tier being's maximum potential is the Eternity Stage."
"I'm guessing you're a Glacier Wyvern, then?" Ryuk mused after noticing that she was at the Eternity Stage.
"I am, but there is another tier..." she said, drawing the attention of both Ryuk and Queen Snowardo.
As the Queen of the Nagas, she was, of course, aware of the rankings of the Frost Wyverns. After all, her entire life had been spent around them.
However, she had only known of three tiers: the Snowflake Tier, the Frost Veil Tier, and the Glacier Tier.
But now, she was hearing that there was another tier!?
"It's called the Blizzard Sovereign Tier," Elder Celine said, drawing the attention of both figures in the room.
"The Blizzard Sovereign Tier!?" Queen Snowardo mumbled in shock.
"Yes. That is the highest tier among Frost Wyverns, and according to what I've heard, they have no limits to their growth!"
"As long as they live, they can keep growing infinitely. If they live to their full lifespan, their power waves would be as scorching as the sun of an entire galaxy!" she said, drawing a sharp exhale from Queen Snowardo.
Then, Elder Celine pointed her finger.
"She is a Blizzard Sovereign..." she said, pointing directly at Isha, causing Ryuk's eyes to flash in shock.
He had always known that Isha was no ordinary beast.
After all, she had been given to him by Uncle Bob as a present from his mother—something Ryuk had eventually learned had no ordinary background.
But a power level capable of rivalling the energy of an entire galaxy's sun!? That was far beyond the Eternity Stage.
Even though he was a Pseudo-Eternal Being, he couldn't claim to be strong enough to solo a thousand Cataclysm Stage experts, nor could he divide the earth in two.
He doubted that even if he reached the Eternal Stage, he would be able to do that.
But the power of the Sun Wave?

"It is literally impossible for her to be separated from her parents."
"Most importantly, the Blizzard Sovereigns are the kings of the Frost Wyverns, which means they have an entire planet of Frost Wyverns."
"A true home where only we Frost Wyverns inhabit—a utopian paradise for our kind."
"If I know where you got her from, then we can all return to our true world. That has been my ultimate goal since the beginning of time..." she said, as Queen Snowardo's eyes flashed while looking at Elder Celine.
Not much had been known about this Frost Wyvern, even though it had watched over her since she had grown.
The elders did not speak much of her, and she had only thought the Frost Wyverns had picked them up as companion beasts due to their equal serpentine bloodline and shared attributes of snow.
They were the only ones among the ten families that had such power over Frost energy, so it made sense that the Frost Wyverns had been with them since the beginning, choosing them over the other families.
But no one knew the true goal of the one before her. All the Frost Wyverns listened to her and greatly feared her.
Yet, the Nagas had no idea what her ultimate goal was, and forcing out an answer was impossible since she was literally the strongest expert in the Nagas Clan.
Her goal, for more than three centuries, had been to return to the true world of the Frost Wyverns.
And the reason she had taken a fancy to Isha was because she was the daughter of the one who was the king of the Frost Wyvern World!
She was literally her ticket to fulfilling her centuries-long goal.
Now, it all made sense.
