The hidden speakers in the grand door transmitted the Emperor’s aged and hoarse voice, “Let him in.”
The door slowly opened a crack.

Lulian paced back and forth inside the spacious truck compartment.
More than a dozen intelligence officers sat facing each other in two rows, maintaining a highly efficient working status.
Although communication was beginning to recover, and the implanted virus had been overcome, the messages they were receiving one after another were overwhelming them.
The entire local police force was pouring out, locking onto and madly chasing their convoy.
Lulian certainly didn’t worry about these officers.
What pressured him was the few attack boats that had just entered the atmosphere, seemingly converging towards his position.
Fortunately, the Wind Army’s response supported them; they received a royal edict demanding the blockade of the relevant airspace and had not received orders to directly attack ground targets.
Even if the military received such orders later, they would ensure Lulian and his men’s safe retreat beforehand.
“Can’t we trace the attack source?” Lulian asked.

Lulian shouted into the command stand. The entire convoy reacted swiftly, the front accelerated and the back slowed down, separating left and right.
That unmanned taxi descended like a missile, turning into a huge fireball smashing into the convoy’s center.
The taxi’s high-energy battery was precisely detonated.
A mushroom cloud rose up, the explosive boom transmitted in all directions through the air.
The violent shockwave blew away several small hover vehicles, flipping two heavy trucks nearest the explosion directly!
These heavy trucks were clearly specially modified, the violent explosion just caused some deformation in the compartment.
One truck’s rear door was forcefully kicked open.
Lulian was the first to rush out, red flashing circuit-board-like patterns appearing on his chest once more.
He immediately jumped on top of the compartment, crouching for a lookout duty.

The hover vehicles at the convoy’s perimeter were less affected and rushed towards Lulian for support amid the flames.

A sudden purple flash appeared in the distance!
Lulian pressed a button on his watch half a second ahead, a light blue membrane completely enveloped his body!
Purple Light Bullet burst like fireworks.
Lulian’s face changed dramatically, “Don’t come out!”
A series of purple Light Bullets flashed by, and the foreheads of seven or eight agents bore thumb-thick bloody holes.
“Find cover! Damn it! There’s a sniper!”

“Drones found a sniper rifle propped on the roadside tree, but no sniper. There might be a remote control device!”
Faint fire appeared in the distance.
“The drone has already blown that sniper rifle apart.”
Lulian breathed a slight sigh of relief.
“Move immediately! Hold off those damn officers! Blow them if they push too hard! Damn it! We’ve fallen into a trap…”
One agent fell directly in front of Lulian, his forehead’s scorched bloody hole emitting faint white smoke.
