The cost of this little girl’s arrival was perhaps a bit too high.
A fine Empire warship’s new model medium-range cruise missile laboriously delivered her to near the surface; however, with just a kick of her delicate legs, the missile flew towards the distant ocean, abandoned dismissively.
Of course, this was how Yang Ming saw it.
From the perspective of Viscount Godoy, a massive fireball suddenly appeared above the tornado, splitting as it descended. The smaller fireball plunged into the tornado, while the larger one crashed into the ocean.
Godoy forcefully pushed Yang Ming down.
Yang Ming cooperatively feigned a look of panic.
The ocean surface churned as waves surged, fortunately, the missile’s warhead didn’t detonate, currently releasing its kinetic energy.
Compared to this, the energy reaction that appeared on the beach was much stronger.
The masked girl displayed tremendous explosive power.
Bryant’s formidable spiritual power was split open by her single hand, like a cannonball, she smashed directly onto Bryant.

The masked girl extended a protective shield around herself, as explosions and flashes appeared within the tornado.
In the blink of an eye, Yang Ming’s vision was disturbed, unable to discern what was happening inside, but in just two or three seconds, he saw Yayu arcing through the air, crashing into the sea, his chest visibly dented, presumably from a kick.
The tornado quickly subsided.
The girl held Bryant by the neck with one hand, plummeting rapidly from the air, yet not stirring any dust when she landed.
Yang Ming noticed, the girl’s shoe soles had tiny reverse thrusters installed; she likely didn’t possess the ability to hover, and was probably also a close-combat type of transformed person.
The crew on the police airship and several attack boats all remained standing obediently, aware of the girl’s identity.
Yang Ming and Godoy got up somewhat awkwardly.
They looked like two marginalized individuals.
But beneath Yang Ming’s honest appearance, he had a pair of sharp eyes, secretly observing this powerful transformed person making her entrance.
The masked girl threw Bryant onto the beach, slowly pacing around him. Although the mask hid her expression, her eyes conveyed an intense harshness.
"Vice Captain Bryant, you won’t accept my resolution, will you?"
Her voice sounded rather nice.

Bryant coughed a few times, curling up slightly, his breathing rough.
It was evident, his physical condition was worse than many ordinary transformed people.
"No, Captain, I was a bit out of control," Bryant said shakily, "I didn’t strike Yayu lethally, otherwise that mere helmet wouldn’t have protected her."
The masked girl glanced at Yang Ming.
Yang Ming’s expression was full of concern, but his gaze was fixed on Bryant.
"You’re still doing that, aren’t you?" the girl lowered her voice.
Bryant hurriedly replied, "I’ve already promised you I definitely wouldn’t... Captain, please believe me, I really didn’t..."
"Then I’ll take him for a test," the girl said, "Just need to digitize his consciousness to see if you have left any Spiritual Imprint."
"Don’t do this, Captain," Bryant closed his eyes tightly, "It’s different, I didn’t mean to make him a collectible, I just wanted to be his friend, he’s a young man full of wisdom and charm."

The girl kicked Bryant in the stomach, his body convulsing violently.

Laughter came from the sea.

The girl glanced at Yayu, who immediately shut up, shrugged at the girl.
The girl coldly said, "Then get lost."
Yayu scurried back to the police boat, not daring to say another word, and quickly left the beach with a few subordinates.
The golden-masked girl threw Bryant behind her and walked towards Yang Ming.
Several transformed people ran to help Bryant but were forcefully shaken off by him.
For a moment, Yang Ming caught a glimpse of annoyance in Bryant’s eyes, but his expression quickly returned to its usual nonchalant manner.
As the girl approached, Yang Ming realized she wasn’t very tall, coming just up to his shoulder.
"I apologize for startling you both."
She extended her right hand to Viscount Godoy, who hesitated for a moment before grasping it firmly with both hands and giving it a vigorous shake.
"It’s my team’s job to maintain order, didn’t mean to trouble you both."
Yang Ming, however, left the girl and ran toward Bryant.
Bryant slightly frowned, but quickly smiled, allowing Yang Ming to help him up.
"Thanks, Ming, for witnessing this spectacle."
Yang Ming shook his head affectionately.
Bryant, however, was silently lamenting.
The more Ming seemed to care, the more apparent the effects of the Spiritual Imprint.
