"No, it wasn’t." Lucas shook his head, "It was because Chloe’s phone was dead that she used Lily’s number to contact me, that’s how I came to know her."

"If you can’t accept that she has a past, then simply leave. But you absolutely cannot leave using the excuse of criticizing her, understand?"
Lucas shook his head, "I don’t understand."
