502 I’m Worried About You
After Mo Rao taught Qu Rou a lesson, things became much smoother. The recording after that went very smoothly. After the recording for this day, Mo Rao was about to leave when a Porsche Cayenne suddenly stopped in front of her.
“Gu Ci?” The car window rolled down. When Mo Rao saw the familiar face in the backseat, she was stunned.
“Let’s go. I’ll send you back,” Gu Ci said. “I’m not that busy today.”
Seeing that Mo Rao was still a little hesitant, Gu Ci continued, “I can send you back since it’s along the way. Don’t feel burdened. Besides, didn’t you agree to let me woo you? Why won’t you even let me send you home?”
Indeed, Mo Rao had promised him, but now, she hesitated.
After thinking about it, Mo Rao got into the car and asked Gu Ci to send her home.
“Have you been busy recently?” Ever since he returned from the South Island, Gu Ci had not contacted Mo Rao much.

“How could I forget? Didn’t we just record a show two days ago?” Mo Rao smiled.
Gu Ci turned to look at Mo Rao. The streetlights cast shadows on her.
“What’s wrong?” Mo Rao asked when she saw Gu Ci staring at her. “Is there something on my face?”
Gu Ci shook his head and smiled. “No, I can’t help but stare at you because you’re beautiful.”
Facing Gu Ci’s straightforward praise, Mo Rao was a little embarrassed.
“By the way, are you free after the recording? The amusement park I invested in has opened and gave me two tickets. We can go together.” Gu Ci took out two exquisite VIP tickets.
Mo Rao took a closer look and saw that it was the new amusement park she wanted to go to.
“So you invested in it!” A hint of surprise flashed across Mo Rao’s eyes. “I saw the news that this amusement park was about to open and happened to want to go there to play.”
Seeing that Mo Rao also wanted to go, Gu Ci was relieved. “Perfect, let’s go together.”
“Okay.” Mo Rao nodded in agreement.
Since she had agreed to give Gu Ci a chance, she should open her heart and give it a try.

At this moment, Fu Ying was driving to Mo Rao’s recording venue, but he only saw a few staff members.
“Are you guys done recording?” Fu Ying asked a staff member.
The staff nodded. “That’s right. President Fu, are you here to look for Miss Mo?”
“Yes.” Hoping that Mo Rao had not left, Fu Ying still looked around.
However, the staff’s words were like a bucket of cold water poured on his head. “President Gu has already come to pick Miss Mo up.”
“Gu Ci?” Fu Ying frowned.
“Yes,” the staff replied.
Fu Ying took a deep breath and got into the car with a dark expression. Then, he stepped on the accelerator and left.
In order to spend more time with Mo Rao, Gu Ci specifically asked the driver to drive slower. Mo Rao also felt that the journey home today was especially long.
Finally, they reached the door of the house. Gu Ci watched reluctantly as Mo Rao opened the car door.
“If I have time these few days, I’ll visit you at work.” Every time Gu Ci was free, he would think of Mo Rao.
“Okay,” Mo Rao agreed.
Before she could say goodbye to Gu Ci, a light suddenly shone on her. It was a little blinding and Mo Rao couldn’t help but squint slightly.
Immediately after, she saw Fu Ying get out of the car. The headlights illuminated his gloomy face.
“What a coincidence.” When Gu Ci saw Fu Ying, he got out of the car to stand beside Mo Rao.
Fu Ying grabbed Mo Rao’s hand and pulled her to his side.
“Fu Ying, you’re hurting me!” Mo Rao shouted with a frown.
Fu Ying loosened his grip but didn’t let go of Mo Rao’s hand.
“Gu Ci sent me back out of kindness. What are you doing?” Mo Rao didn’t know what was wrong with Fu Ying.
“I’m worried about you.” Only then did Fu Ying realize that he might have overreacted. He lowered his voice, but he sounded a little aggrieved.
When Mo Rao heard this, she was even more confused. “Gu Ci won’t do anything to me.”
