He had thought that Little Lamb would be like the other children in the mansion, too frightened to speak upon meeting his grandfather for the first time.
But to his surprise, she behaved so well, she even dared to take the initiative to hold the elder’s hand.

Jiang Mianmian crinkled her nose and said, "Grandpa Yu is so kind and approachable, of course I’m not scared. I’m just a bit tired."

She was afraid she wouldn’t be able to restrain herself from hitting them.
"Little Lamb, come, I’ll take you to see your room," Yu Cheng changed the subject. He picked up Jiang Mianmian’s backpack and stood up.
"Okay." Jiang Mianmian followed Yu Cheng obediently upstairs.
The three-story, standalone house where Elder Yu lived was where Yu Cheng lead Jiang Mianmian to the third floor; he opened one of the rooms, "Little Lamb, this is your room. My room is right next to yours. If you need anything, just shout or knock on the wall, I’ll hear you. Don’t worry about disturbing Grandpa, he lives on the second floor."
"Wow, what a beautiful room," Jiang Mianmian exclaimed as she looked into the room, decorated like a princess’s chamber.
Seeing her pleased, Yu Cheng also showed a faint smile; his efforts in decorating the room had not been in vain.
This room was prepared after Jiang Mianmian agreed to come to Capital City for her summer vacation.
"Little Lamb, are you tired?" Yu Cheng asked suddenly.
"Huh? What’s wrong? Brother Yu, is something up?" Jiang Mianmian was a bit perplexed.
"It’s just that a few of my buddies found out you’ve come to Capital City, and they want to welcome you. If you’re tired, I will call it off and have them plan it for another day. If you’re not tired, then we can go meet them," Yu Cheng said casually.
