"Chi Yue has signed you up for a job as an assistant to a professor at the History Department," Jiang Shuqin said angrily.
"What?" Xia Chuyi was stunned.
A job as an assistant to a History Department professor? That sounds like quite a nice job, but since Jiang Shuqin mentioned being "furious" about it, and it was Chi Yue who signed her up...
Xia Chuyi figured it wasn’t a good job.
Jiang Shuqin went on, "Here’s what happened: our English major teacher also teaches a public English class at the History Department."
"Therefore, she casually mentioned during class that over there in the History Department, a professor was looking for a part-time assistant and asked if anyone in our class wanted to sign up."
