A tall, muscular man with dark skin and silver hair strode toward the Imperial Capital. A gruesome, crisscrossing scar ran between his eyes.
Behind him followed five individuals, each with an unusual presence. Their attire differed from that of the Empire’s citizens, suggesting they came from various parts of the world.
"I'm finally back. I wonder how my old man is doing," the silver-haired man said, a pleased smile forming as he gazed toward the capital.
"Syura, you said your father is a minister of the Empire. That means meeting Dr. Stylish should be easy, right?" A blonde girl in black-and-white striped stockings asked him.
"Of course. I did promise you," Syura replied with a grin.
Yes, he was Syura, the only son of Prime Minister Honest. However, he was completely unaware that his father was already dead—executed in a brutal, drawn-out manner.
As Syura and his five companions entered the city gates, they immediately noticed something strange about the guards’ expressions.
"Are you really the son of a prime minister? Not only are they not kneeling when they see you, but they're staring at you like that," the blonde girl remarked bluntly.
"I noticed it too. Something's off. Might as well ask them directly."
Without hesitation, Syura suddenly lunged at the city gate guards.
Even without using a Teigu, his sheer physical strength was evident. He didn't hold back—beating them half to death first, then questioning them afterward.
With several guards already battered, the rest were too terrified to make a sound, averting their gazes entirely.
Syura planted his foot on one of the fallen guards' chests, making him cough up blood. "Well? Do you have a problem with showing me the respect I deserve?"
Under Syura’s intimidation, one of the guards finally spoke up, revealing the truth—Prime Minister Honest was dead.
Syura was momentarily stunned, then, for some reason, he burst into laughter.
"What a useless old man. Dead is dead. I was going to surpass him sooner or later anyway," he said indifferently. "But what interests me more is—who had the strength to kill him? That old man was no pushover."
Like father, like son—just as in the original story, where Honest showed no sorrow upon hearing of Syura’s death at Lubbock’s hands.
Syura then resorted to torture, forcing the guards to reveal who was responsible for his father’s demise.
It was the Emperor who gave the order for Honest’s execution, but the one who truly brought him down was a man named Blayn.
Syura stroked his chin. "Oh? Blayn? Interesting. I’d like to see just how strong he is—strong enough to bring down my father."
He had gathered five powerful warriors from across the world, and he was looking for a way to put their skills to the test. Now, he had the perfect reason—revenge.
