After taking a look at the cargo behind, the big and small green military boxes, Allen didn’t find the sealed paper document and asked, "Where’s the document worth $30,000?"
"Sieg replied, "The security company only allowed me to take away this batch of military weapons; the encrypted document needs to be picked up from a street-side café at the post office."
After the General Sect Leader buckled his seatbelt, Sieg started the vehicle, turned the steering wheel, and stepped on the accelerator, heading toward the post office on North Street.

Allen Zhang glanced at the man on the street through the rearview mirror. After the man delivered the envelope, he turned and left, all mysterious. Allen Zhang put on goggles and began to rest his eyes in the passenger seat.
Sieg drove concentratedly, without an escort, following a meticulously planned stable route. He specifically chose major roads. This time on the highway, there were no traffic jams, and they traveled at a speed of over 100 yards, making good progress.
After over an hour, the GPS announced, "Estimated 10 minutes remaining to Palm Valley. You will enter a congested area shortly; please reduce speed."
Sieg lightly braked in the suburban area, noticing state police inspecting vehicles ahead. After waiting a few minutes and seeing no progress, he decided to turn around and take another road, detouring for ten minutes before getting back on the original route.
"We are about to enter Palm Valley city. Up ahead at the traffic light, accidents occur frequently; please slow down," said Sieg, relaxing and smiling as he woke up a resting Allen Zhang, "Boss, wake up; we are almost there."
Allen Zhang had slept throughout the journey, stretched lazily, and glanced around the unfamiliar surroundings, not the same route taken by the state police car last time.
He took out his phone to check the map, and they were already near the city area, on a highway in the suburbs of Palm Valley, with not many vehicles around.

"I understand; I just wanted to wake you up to help keep an eye on the surroundings," Sieg explained.
While talking, a black Buick caught up and paced alongside them. From outside, the sun film was too dark to see who was inside clearly.
Allen Zhang found the occupants of the vehicle unusual, took out a weapon, armed it, and instructed Sieg to keep an eye on the other car’s movements.
