“I heard someone bought a Black Hawk Helicopter for $700,000,” Allen Zhang said, puzzled.
“That must be about a damaged, decommissioned machine. Normally, such armed helicopters need to be sent to an airplane graveyard for processing and to remove and document their cannons and machine guns; essentially, they cannot be exported again.
