An Extra's POV: My Three Fiancees Hate Me Chapter 116

The group of eleven made their way into the next section of the academy, the place linked to the second years. The academy was the size of a small town. Really, Veb had barely seen five percent of the whole school.

As soon as they got to where the classes of the second years were, the atmosphere changed. They could immediately feel eyes on them as they passed by the classes.

Some second years were outside. They watched as the ten went by and said nothing. It seemed Class A had informed them about their arrival.

Riven didn’t pay attention to anyone. He simply headed for the class at the very end—Class 2-A.

They arrived at the door of the class, and the air became tense. A strange feeling of being watched was there. Lance stretched out his hand and grabbed the doorknob, and with a twist, the door opened.

He pushed the door open and walked in first, followed by everyone. When they got inside, the cold stares and the intense feeling of being watched got worse.

Fifty eyes landed on them—cold eyes. The whole class watched them as soon as they walked in.

Riven stepped forward after arriving there. He knew what to do to not make the situation escalate. He didn’t want to do it, but for the sake of smooth sailing, he did it.

He bowed his head slightly. "I greet my seniors. We were summoned here, something about our first-year comrade disrespecting a second-year Class A," Riven spoke, making his voice loud and clear.

"So you are the representative of the first years. Scrawny, if you ask me." One boy walked up to Riven and looked down at him. He was towering, covered with muscles, and brimming with energy.

"Strength isn’t held in massive muscles. I’m more than meets the eye," Riven replied.

"Oh, and a sharp mouth to add. You don’t seem scared to be here," the boy said.

"Should I be? I haven’t found any issues with my seniors. I am only here on a civil summon, so I believe my seniors will also be civil. And if they are civil, there will be no need for me to be scared, right?" Riven asked, looking at the boy right in the eyes.

A vein popped on the boy’s head when he heard that. He clenched his fist. Riven’s group saw this and immediately gripped their weapons tightly as well, ready to go if this dude tried anything.

"That’s enough, Treshan. Don’t push our juniors into a difficult situation." A calm male voice came from behind. A boy walked out. He was tall and looked very smart, especially with the golden-rimmed box glasses on his face.

"Oh, come on, Louis. I’m only trying to see their resolve, and from the looks of it, it’s fine," Treshan said with a laugh.

’Hmm, so far they don’t seem too crazy, but I know what they are like. I know what everyone in this academy is like—eccentric bastards,’ Riven thought.

Louis walked toward Riven. He stood in front of him, adjusted his glasses, and then spoke. "My name is Louis. I’m the rank four of the second year.

That musclehead is Treshan, rank five. It’s nice to meet you juniors. Wished it could have been on pleasant terms," he said, adjusted his glasses again, and folded his arms.

"Sorry that our ranks one to three can’t be available now. They had to train. So I’ll be handling the situation.

You see, one of our classmates, Rion," Louis said and pointed at a blonde boy seated at the corner. The boy clicked his tongue when Louis pointed at him and looked away.

"Rion isn’t the brightest screw in the box, but he is our rank fifteen and a crucial member of the class. He went out to the first years and saw someone he had interest in, and he approached her.

I really don’t praise what he did by asking the girl out and going further to threaten her if she refused, but the actions she took after he did that is where the trouble comes from.

She not only refused him in public but went on to hurl a ton of insults and finally ended it by pouring a drink on his head.

After that, it spiraled out of control and Rion attacked, but the boys from Class C stepped in. Normally, Rion would have won, but in that tight space and with close to ten boys, he had to retreat after the fight went on for a while," Louis said. He freed his arms and fixed his glasses again.

"The issue here is that our classmate was publicly humiliated, and we need you to fix the issue before the news of what happened goes far and beyond," Louis finally went to the point.

Riven balled his fists when he heard all that. He didn’t one bit.

"We will talk to Class C," Lance suddenly said with a smile. Riven looked at him and then placed his hand on his shoulder. "Who the hell allowed you to make that decision?" Riven asked. His question made everyone in that room look at him.

"What are you talking about? I’m only trying to make sure that the issue is settled peacefully," Lance said.

"Don’t tell me you are that dumb, Lance. Do you know what ’taking care of it’ means? We will have to go to Class C and bully them—punish the girl and the boys in some way—all because of this issue," Riven said, making sure that his voice was clear.

Lance stared at him for a few seconds. He didn’t say anything, and then he opened his mouth. "If that’s what is needed to make sure there is peace, then we will do it. If we don’t, the rest of our class will suffer," Lance said, trying to look like an advocate of justice.

"I knew you were an asshole, but I never thought you would throw away pride and justice in order to look righteous," Riven said in a cold voice.
