Seeing this scene, Lancelot and Panuo turned ashen; their intention to rescue Bernard was genuine, but they needed a foolproof plan. To follow Fang Jueyu in was nothing short of seeking death. They regretted it to their very bones now.
That surge of Cosmic Source Power appeared right in front of them, and they vaguely sensed the arrival of death. They closed their eyes, calmly awaiting its arrival...
Yet, after more than ten seconds had passed, that power did not engulf them. Instead, before them, there seemed to be a warm sunlight shining on them, making them feel a gentle warmth all over.
When they opened their eyes, they saw a golden figure floating in front of them. That Transcender’s power was entirely dispelled by the golden aura, and a sacred and majestic aura pervaded the entire tomb chamber.
It was a man in a black robe, small and hunched, holding an unremarkable black stick, much like an elderly little old man.
But golden light enveloped his entire body, and above his head, a grand and forming civilization flickered in and out of existence. Although the hunched old man had his back to them, it strangely seemed that no matter the angle, they could see the front of this black-robed elder!
"Cough, cough!" The elder coughed a few times, lifting his hood to reveal a pair of profound eyes, which seemed like a black hole capable of sucking one in effortlessly, as terrifying as hell.
As for that black stick, it radiated waves of intense spatial vibrations. The space of the Zinake civilization was far less stable than that of the Root Universe, and even void cracks appeared in the space unable to bear this force.
"Divine Weapon! What he’s holding is a complete Divine Weapon!" Although the guardian was a Transcender, and might not have possessed a Divine Weapon Fragment, he had at least seen them. The aura emanating from that black iron rod was unmistakably that of a Divine Weapon!
As for the owner of that Divine Weapon, they dared not even imagine; the elder’s aura was extremely reserved, yet they had every reason to believe this could very well be a Demigod!
However, there were only a few Demigods in the universe, and they were sure this figure did not exist!

"Indeed, I can’t find a Transcender Warrior, but I never said I couldn’t find a Demigod Warrior," Fang Jueyu spread his hands with an innocent expression, as if he were very aggrieved.

"Unbelievable, they’re invincible!" A King-level Transcender could preside over a universe nation, their status towering over others, yet in the wealthy civilization, they were doing the lowest work!
