This was actually the first time he had met Fang Jueyu. Although they had never met before, August felt quite favorable toward Fang Jueyu for a simple reason: during the entrance exams for the Cosmic Federation School, he had bet on Fang Jueyu coming in first and made tens of billions of cosmic credits this time!
"Senior August, what you’re doing might be a little inappropriate," Sharo said. "This rule was established by you and the other two seniors and juniors. This year, Senior Regatt is in charge of collecting the entrance fee from new arrivals. It’s hard for us to explain to our senior if you do this."
Even though facing August, a Martial Artist close to Demigod level, sent chills down one’s spine, Sharo knew that failing the task would lead to even more severe punishment from Regatt.
Although the new students’ credits were limited, not even comparable to a day’s credit earnings from one of their industries in Founder City, this had already become a matter of face. If they didn’t collect it, wouldn’t that imply Regatt was afraid of August?
Among the three seniors, Regatt was known for his volatile temper and ruthless methods. If he was dissatisfied, even capable followers like Sharo could suffer.
"Do you dare to point fingers in front of me?" August valued face just as much as Regatt, and protecting Fang Jueyu was something the Fang Family repeatedly instructed him to do. Jueyu was his junior, after all. If he were bullied, wouldn’t that make him a waste?

"When did it become your turn to discipline my people, August?" With another vast, imposing aura, a middle-aged man appeared behind Sharo.
With a gentle wave, the oppressive force on Sharo dissipated instantly.
"Didn’t expect you to come too." August wasn’t angry. Although he and Regatt were at odds, their strengths were indeed evenly matched. If they fought here, no school patrol could stop them, and even Founder City might suffer.
"I heard this year’s first place in the school entrance exams is quite an interesting young man, so I had to come and see," Regatt said, his gaze landing on Fang Jueyu, sizing him up with interest.

"What did you say?" Regatt’s expression changed. Even with August backing him, he hadn’t expected Fang Jueyu to speak with such rudeness, even contempt.
"Nothing much, just a reminder that next time you collect protection fees, you better open your eyes to see whose fees you can collect and who’s untouchable."
"You’ve got some nerve!" It was the first time in his life Regatt had been humiliated by a kid who hadn’t lived a fraction of his years. "August, if I don’t teach this kid a lesson today, I won’t be able to show my face in Founder City. Are you still going to protect him?"
August stood directly in front of Fang Jueyu, indicating he wouldn’t hesitate to fight him.
"Good! Very good!" Regatt’s face twisted into a sinister expression. "Why don’t we take this chance to settle our centuries-old feud?"
Regatt’s aura spread, fierce and destructive, the heat of burning energy within several meters around him even causing the space to crack.
"How did it come to this?" The newcomers to Founder City looked worried; they had just arrived and encountered such a spectacle.
"The Godly Wealth Civilization is simply a plague; wherever they go, upheaval follows."
"What to do, isn’t there any school law enforcement in this Secret Realm?"
"Pah! When gods fight, mortals suffer. Look at those guards; they’ve all retreated to the corners!"
"What’s this, not counting me in on such excitement today?" A gentle, melodious voice rang out amidst the standoff. As a soft green light appeared, an indescribably beautiful woman materialized at the entrance of Founder City.
She had fair skin, a tall figure, and long light purple hair cascading behind her, even sporting wings as delicate as butterfly wings. Her beautiful face bore strange black patterns, giving her an exotic allure.
Regatt’s power was fierce and mighty, and August’s aura was unfathomable. Although this senior sister seemed less overpowering, it didn’t mean she was weaker than the two men!
"Even Senior Sinas has come!"
"What’s going on today? Are they dismantling Founder City?"
"Sinas, why did you come too?" August hadn’t expected her appearance either.
"If you can be here, why can’t I?" Sinas smiled. "If something happens to this kid, that group will come gunning for me."

"Enough," a half-beast half-man Martial Artist said, face flushed. "My little daughter’s great-granddaughter hasn’t even evolved into a human form yet, and he already made a move!"
"I’m done!" Fang Jueyu wished he could find a hole to crawl into. This was practically a massive victims’ assembly!
