Then she glanced over at Yunxi. There was a faint smile on Yunxi’s icy, cool beauty’s face, nothing you’d notice on the surface, but deep in her eyes, joy and gratitude were hiding.
Ziran stroked her chin, a bit puzzled.
"!" Staring at the table, crowded with tea cups, Xiao Ye was shocked, his mouth twitching in surprise as he said, "Tea’s meant to be drunk, to serve the guests. Why are all of you shoving it at me?"
He put all the cups back, smiling as he said, "Come on, drink, mine’s ready, too."
The fresh pot was ready now, so he poured himself a cup, took the lead, and happily took a sip.
"Mmm!" His eyes popped open wide. This tea was insanely high level—Venerable Level, and seriously concentrated too. The strong Enlightenment Dao Rhyme exploded in his body, making him feel like he was going to burst.
Yunxi saw what was happening, waved her hand, and sent a surge of power into Xiao Ye. Then she cast two more surges into Qin Xi’Er and Huangfu Xiangling’s tea, saying,

"Thank you, Yunxi sis!" Huangfu Xiangling called out sweetly, then took the teacup in both hands and sipped it in tiny, delicate pecks.
"Thanks!" Qin Xi’Er’s beautiful eyes flashed with gratitude as she nervously, shyly picked up her teacup and took small, elegant sips.
The pure taste of the tea burst on their taste buds, making both of them let out little sounds of pleasure and comfort.
The gathering ended quickly—an hour later.
Ziran dragged Yunxi into a bedroom, shut and locked the door, and tackled Yunxi onto the bed. The two of them pressed close together.
"Xiaoxi, are you craving a man?" Her beautiful eyes locked on Yunxi’s, big eye to big eye.
Yunxi’s pretty face went blank, her eyes foggy, "Huh? Who am I supposed to be missing?"
Ziran wanted to probe a little, and dropped a name from her mouth, "Xiao Ye!"
"!" Instantly, Yunxi’s pretty face blushed just slightly pink. She shook her head hard, saying, "I’m not! Don’t talk nonsense."
Ziran watched her reactions and expressions, feeling something was off.
*I just said Xiao Ye, so why are you blushing?*
*You keep saying no, too!*
*Isn’t that kind of contradictory?*
Ziran’s mind spun, and she tried probing again, "Xiaoxi, remember how the four of us sisters once swore we’d marry the same man and be true sisters for life?"
"Looking at it now, I think Xiao Ye is pretty great."
"How do you feel if we all marry Xiao Ye?"
*All marrying Xiao Ye?*
Yunxi’s eyes widened, and she was shocked to realize she felt a little secretly happy inside. But then she saw Ziran’s mischievous smile, and, annoyed, shoved her off, sat up, and huffed, "Ziran, are you testing me?"
"We just met up, and you’re already trying to dig up all my secrets? Hmph!"
Ziran looked a bit guilty, scratching her head, "Uh, I was just super curious, Xiaoxi! Don’t be mad, I’ll drop it."
Yunxi’s blush faded back to icy composure and she snorted coldly.
Ziran changed the subject, smiling, "Actually, I have two really important things I wanted to confirm with you."
Yunxi noticed how serious she was and answered, "What? Just say it!"
Ziran’s delicate eyebrows pinched together in confusion, her pure, cool beauty’s face full of questions, "Is Xiaobing and Xiao Ye’s relationship just a temporary contract? Xiaobing’s always been an aloof goddess, she never even cared about men. No way she’d fall for a guy that much younger, right?"
Yunxi’s face darkened, "That’s it? That’s what you wanted to ask?"
Yunxi shook her head and revealed the truth, "Xiaobing’s fallen for him. She really loves Xiao Ye. They’re for real, not a temporary contract. They’re lifers, totally in love."
Ziran looked utterly shocked, her pure pretty face filled with disbelief.
"Seriously? They really love each other? For life?"
"Xiaoxi, you’re not lying to me, are you?"
Yunxi rolled her eyes, "Why would I need to lie to you? Xiaobing actually initiated the contract. She had to work really hard to chase Xiao Ye and went through a ton of ups and downs before she finally got with him."
Ziran’s small mouth dropped so far you could fit a goose egg in it. She twitched her lips and said, "Wait, so Xiaobing was the simp, chasing Xiao Ye?"
"Our Goddess of Kunpeng Dean actually lowered herself to go after a just-of-age little brother?"
*The Yun Bing I thought I knew—totally turned upside down. My mind was like a raging sea, waves crashing, no way to calm down for a while.*
Yunxi sighed, "Yup. I had a hard time believing it, too, but truth is stranger than fiction."
Ziran let out a deep breath, barely managing to accept reality, saying, "Xiaobing’s found her happy ending. We should wish her the best—wish her all the happiness."
Yunxi nodded, "Yeah, we should be more honest and less suspicious. That way Xiaobing can be even happier."
"Didn’t you say you had two things to ask? What’s the other one?"
Ziran’s pure, pretty face flushed suddenly, feeling a little shy inside, "Yunxi, what did you eat to make your body develop again—get that curvy?"
Yunxi’s beautiful eyes widened, and she snapped, "You asked me so seriously, only for these two things? Here I was thinking, after being Supreme Alliance Leader for so long, you’d want to ask about something major happening in Shanghai Base City."

Ziran let go, saying, "Spill it!"
Yunxi’s face flushed red, "I can’t really give you the details—just go ask Xiao Ye, he’ll tell you the truth."
