After finishing his conversation with Kazu, Zaboru sat down again with Akechi, curious about his plans.
"Akechi-san, what kind of game do you want to make anyway?" Zaboru asked.
Akechi smiled and nodded. "A game like Legend of Akechi and Ninja Gaiden, but with my own twist."
Zaboru raised an eyebrow, intrigued. Akechi grinned and said "You're cruel, you know that? You introduced me to Legend of Akechi, and at the time, I thought it was the best game ever. The fact that you used my name as a reference was just a bonus. But then, just a month later, you came out with Ninja Gaiden, a game so good that I fell in love with it even more than the one with my own name in the title."
Akechi chuckled before continuing. "I always wondered why you didn't choose Ninja Gaiden to carry my name instead. But don't get me wrong, Legend of Akechi is still an amazing game. Anyway, because of those experiences, I realized I just want to make games that I think are cool. And don't worry, I won't be naming my main character after myself."
Zaboru smirked. "I always thought you'd end up starting your own video game company, Akechi-san. You love games too much not to."
Akechi grinned. "You got me there, Zaboru. Though I have to admit, I was hoping you'd help me make my game. But I know you're a professional, so I won't ask for special treatment."
Zaboru nodded. "By the way, what's the name of your game studio?"
"Akaishidan Studio," Akechi said with pride.
Zaboru smiled. "Nice name, Akechi-san. Let's hope we can be both rivals and partners in the future."
The two continued their conversation with small talk until Zaboru and Ayumi finally bid farewell. Zaboru returned to his office to continue working, with Ayumi accompanying him.
At his office, Zaboru was working on both his Z-Man and SpongeBob games. He was sketching some artwork for SpongeBob when Ayumi leaned in, curious.
"What's SpongeBob anyway, Zaboru? And why is he yellow like that?"

Ayumi raised an eyebrow. "You mean like the ones used for washing dishes?"
Zaboru shook his head. "Of course not, silly. He's a sea sponge. They actually exist in real life."
Ayumi nodded thoughtfully. "Ah, I see. He looks pretty funny."
Zaboru chuckled. "That's the point."
Affer a moment, Ayumi asked, "Did you already find a secretary, Zaboru?"
Zaboru nodded. "Yeah, I did. She's pretty good at her job."
Ayumi's expression became unreadable. "Ehh, 'pretty good,' huh?"
Zaboru sighed. "Don't be jealous. You know I'm not that kind of guy. Besides, I think you know who she is."
Ayumi raised an eyebrow. "Oh? I know her?"
Zaboru smirked. "Yeah. It's Yumi Ichijou, our old sensei from Hibana High."
Ayumi's eyes widened. "What? Our sensei? That's... interesting."
Zaboru shrugged. "I know, right? But she's really professional, so it works out fine."
As they continued chatting, Zaboru shifted the conversation. "How's college going?"
Ayumi sighed. "As always, it's kind of boring. I took a computer science major so I could understand more about computers and make better games."
Zaboru smiled. "That's a good plan."
Ayumi pouted. "But seriously, how are you so good with computers, Zaboru?"
Zaboru grinned. "Well, I have my ways."
Ayumi chuckled and playfully nudged him. "Stingy."
Zaboru then asked, "So, will you work at ZAGE after you graduate?"
Ayumi pondered for a moment. "Maybe? Or maybe not. Hehehe."
Zaboru laughed. "I won't force you to work anywhere, to be honest. Just do what makes you happy, Ayumi."
Ayumi smiled and nodded. "Thanks, Zaboru."
With that, they spent the rest of the day together, working, chatting, and enjoying each other's company.
