Zaboru's schedule is nothing short of insane—he almost never takes a break from working or thinking about what's next for ZAGE. He starts his day very early. By 6:00 AM, Zaboru was already inside the ZAGE offices in Japan. He quickly brews himself a cup of coffee and jumps straight into work, always starting earlier than anyone else in the company even though he is the owner of the company.
Before the official workday begins, Zaboru often spends time training his drawing skills. This morning is no exception—it's the perfect opportunity, especially with the One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach anime projects requiring countless drafts and illustrations. Zaboru focuses intensely, sketching detailed character designs and even full-action sequences meant to guide the animators. He continues this work until 8:00 AM.
By that time, many employees have already arrived at the office, even though ZAGE officially starts at 9:00 AM. The reason? Everyone knows that their boss has already been working since 6:00 AM. It's a pace that seems unreal to most. And yet, Zaboru never brags, never pressures anyone. He maintains a relaxed attitude and doesn't care what time people arrive—as long as the work is done well, that's all that matters to him.
Starting at 8:00 AM, Zaboru usually dives straight into his current game development projects. At the moment, he's focused on creating a batch of design drafts for the closure of ZEPS 1, and so far, progress is moving smoothly.
By 8:30, his secretary, Yumi Ichijou, arrives at his office to brief him on the day's agenda. Today, the schedule is packed: a weekly internal meeting, followed by meetings with representatives from both YaDo and Hakushensha. Later in the day, Nando Michio is scheduled to visit ZAGE headquarters to discuss matters related to arcade machine distribution.
These kinds of meetings are part of Zaboru's routine. He makes it a priority to regularly meet with all of his subsidiaries or key personnel from those companies. YaDo and Hakushensha, after all, became ZAGE subsidiaries following their acquisition. As for Nando Michio, he handles the entire arcade distribution arm of ZAGE and is also the co-owner of Nanco—a company in which Zaboru holds 51% of the shares, with the remaining 49% owned by Nando himself.
These meetings usually last until 14:00, and once they wrap up, Zaboru immediately throws himself back into work with relentless focus. From 14:00 to 19:00, he works non-stop, channeling all his energy into completing his various projects. Thanks to his Enlightenment ability—which enhances his physical endurance and drastically reduces his need for rest—he handles the workload effortlessly.
During this window, if he's not immersed in his own tasks, Zaboru shifts gears to assist his employees with theirs. The employees in all ZAGE offices—whether in Tokyo, Osaka, or the USA—are never uncomfortable when their boss works alongside them. Unlike in many other companies, they are delighted, because Zaboru never judges them. He willingly helps, casually chats, and joins them when he decides to lend a hand. Even during times when some employees don't have tasks, Zaboru often chuckles and tells them they can play ZAGE video games in the company's game room to boost their creativity—something that truly delights the staff. In 19:00 Zaboru usually left ZAGE offices and went outside to eat at a delicious street restaurant and after that he often back at 20:00 and at this time usually his girlfriend come to visit him in ZAGE offices for accompanied him or just to massage him.
In 20:00 Zaboru are often scribbles some things or often write a song from his previous life or brainstorming for next ZAGE Idea , Games and Tasks for ZAGE offices usually its until 22:00 he and in 22:00 Zaboru girlfriend Ayumi are left the offices she being drive by her Trusty old man driver Junjou.
And after 22:00 Usually Zaboru are continue working or if there any interesting games he will play it after 01:00 which in 01:00 he will came back home.

But sometimes occasionally Zaboru are exclude some of his work time to spend time with his family like once every 3 days or when in weekend which he usually work too thats because Zaboru mom Keiko are sad her son always work until late night she often not sleep until Zaboru come home at night especially when Zaboru not called her. Which Zaboru since couple of months back always called his mom especially at lunch and the night because Zaboru already gave his family ZAGE and AKAI newest phone AKAI Phone Z-1.
