Another world Game Developers in Japan`s 1991 Chapter 72

Hey guys! How are you all enjoying my novel so far?

A lot of people have raised concerns about patents in the early Chapters when Zaboru was making ZAS.

Honestly, I kind of forgot about that at the time, but thinking about it now—in my novel settings back in 1991, when the video game industry was practically dead, I doubt anyone would bother patenting anything in such a "dead" entertainment field. Plus, in those days, people weren't as shrewd as they are now. Zaboru was only making ZAS in his local area, so it was relatively safe. That said, I did add a fix for it in a later Chapter.

I'm well aware of how contracts can be exploited in real life, and I've noticed that I rarely mention contract durations. The truth is, I wanted Zaboru to make some mistakes and learn from them. The early people he signs contracts with are kind and supportive because I wanted to create caring adult characters—something that feels rare in business these days. Also, even though Zaboru is a former 50-year-old man, he doesn't have much experience dealing with contracts.

About my writing becoming boring

If it does, then I'm sorry! I'm just writing this for fun. I actually try to listen to reader feedback and criticism, and I really appreciate those who want me to improve. But honestly, it's sometimes tough to take, you know? Like, why would I keep writing if it only makes me frustrated? I'm doing this because it makes me happy, and I want to share that feeling. But at the same time, there are people who enjoy my novel despite its flaws, and that really makes me happy lol.

I don't really know when I'll stop writing this. My office Work has been kinda slow this week since we just finished some projects, so I had more time to pump out Chapters—even if I kinda forced it lol.

Now lets talk About the novel's flow

I know "ZEPS" is kind of a weird name, right? ZAGE Entertainment Playing System? It was actually meant to be a metaphor, mixing NES and PlayStation, but I guess no one really noticed, so I kinda failed that reference lol. ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ ꜰʀᴏᴍ 𝔫𝔬𝔳𝔢𝔩·𝔣𝔦𝔯𝔢·𝔫𝔢𝔱

So, I want to ask you all—should future consoles keep the ZEPS name, like ZEPS 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on? Or should I name them differently, like how Nintendo does it?

Let me know your thoughts!
