Ilya-nee went to the inn today.
Yuika's aunt asked her to help out there since there were a lot of adventurers who came back from the south forest with injuries and stuff, so Yuika's aunt decided to add an extra service for the adventurer that got injured.

Ilya-nee wake up early today, she made the breakfast and wake me after, I ate my breakfast while I'm wondering if Merlin still in the inn because I remember some days ago Merlin and Cecilla decided to rest in the inn, the one that Yuika's aunt run.
Since Ilya-nee isn't home today, I decided to have some training in the backyard, I want to try out the non-elemental magic I read before.
I went back to my room after eating my breakfast, taking my winter clothes and the books from shelves, I stare a bit at the shelves and think of should I try learning the magic from this book or not then I took the book Merlin gave me from the shelves and stare it for a moment.
The green gem that reflects my image looks shiny, I decided to give it a try because, why not?
I took the other book I want to use and run to the backyard.
I place my books on the bench near me and do a little stretching after that.

I sit on the bench and open the book about the non-elemental magic, the [ Imbued Magic ] really catch my attention when I saw it.
Be able to imbue magic inside the magic or stuff and can be activated as I want, so basically, I can imbude another magic to my ice forming magic, and let's try it a bit.

I form an Ice spear and then focus on forming another magic on my other hand, I'm learning another non-elemental magic that I think would be useful.

I'm gonna try imbued one magic, for now, I want to try breaking the spear.
I place the spear and stick it to the ground.
I make an Ice sword to try breaking the spear, I take a position and getting ready to swing my sword.
[ Clang ]
The sword and the spear collide and the sword bounced off my hand, I try my hard to hold it so it won't get off my hand, but it seems that I swing it too hard.
I pick up the sword and the sharp side is cracking a bit, I walk back to see my spear and didn't find any crack, not even scratches.
I take a position to swing my sword again, this time I won't let it off my hand and grip it with all my strength.
I attack it again and after some several attacks, my sword split into half and broke into pieces.
I'm panting and drop on my knee to the ground, I look at my spear and it's still tough, not even a single scratch there.
Just what kind of strengthening magic I just imbued on that spear.
I rest a bit and sit on the bench to read the book Merlin gave me, I'm curious what kind of magic I could learn.
I train myself after I fainted that day, it seems the cause is that my body still can't take the impact after using a high-level of magic.

I want at least reduce the impact of using high-level magic on my body, I don't want to make Ilya-nee worried.

I stood off the bench and walk a bit further to the open field and thinking that this far is enough for the training and I put down my books and stand still, trying to focus on mana and my soul power.
A cold breeze is touching my skins, but I didn't feel anything at all, I was immune to cold already.
I take a position and focus on controlling mana, I want to reduce the impact as much as possible, and focus on casting the magic.

My soul power feels like it got sucked out, I focus on casting the magic circle and suddenly.
A ton of big spike coming out from the ground, from the magic circle cast below my feet.
I feel a bit dizzy, but I keep on pushing myself conscious, I'm panting so hard, but somehow I'm able to avoid myself to faint.
I smile and laugh so hard, just how amazing this magic is, but the feeling of my power got sucked out really torment me.
I fell on the ground and just stare and the sky hindered by some ice spikes, the sky is clear but so cold because it's winter in the first place.
