As he spoke, he turned off the protective shield and released Yiyi from the restraints.
Yiyi quickly stretched her limbs, then grabbed the nearby seat to steady herself, confidently stating her demand, "We’re facing a Mutated Worm, and battle could happen at any moment. By law, you must give me some weapons!" Her demand was indeed reasonable, as the law did stipulate that during a Mutant Beast attack, everyone should have a weapon. Either to fight or to take their own life, it’s better than being bitten to death by a Mutant Beast!
