The large track bases laid on the desert were elevated by hard stone, and there were no protective railings in this desolate, uninhabited area.

In less than a hundred days, Blue Star’s population of over tens of billions had been wiped out by 99%. The 13 annihilating Star Abysses continued to expand; darkness turned humans into zombie humans, storms, and black rain, among other natural disasters, ravaged the land, decimating animals and plants. Human cities were occupied by zombies and Abnormal Bodies; Nine Continents and Four Oceans lay desolate. Survivors, after months of fleeing, looked out to the desert from the train cars, some bewildered, some fearful, some worried, while others remained optimistic, continuously encouraging their teammates.
Sun trailed behind the joker convoy and Queen Mo. This makeshift train convoy, like Qian Deli, wasn’t yet accustomed to the trains, but vehicle adaptability wasn’t deemed a challenge for this team that fought their way out of the blizzards.
In the forefront car, led by Luo Yang, with Ah Min, Luo Luo, Li Guangwen, and Xiao Bai among other former members of the Chasing Sun convoy, gathered in a car that was once a passenger car. All seats have been removed and replaced with makeshift upper and lower bunks.
The thirty-some men and women were chatting while eating, exchanging words; these young people were knowledgeable and lively but also had gaps, like in cooking.
Everyone simply held canned food and some biscuits, chocolates, candies, and other things, discussing a singular topic with enjoyment.
"Oh my God, I didn’t expect us to actually be joining Captain Lin’s convoy, that’s awesome," exclaimed a girl sitting cross-legged on the upper bunk, holding a spoon and can.
