Her grandfather, mother, father, and even the butler seem to have been activated and they were asking questions one after another.
She had clearly said that she was fine and Ye Xuan protected her, but everyone seems to have filtered that part out and thought that she was hurt.

"Yes, how is he? You said he got scratched and got wounds deep to the bone. Is there something we can help with?" Her father also followed and asked.
"Maybe I can go and try to heal him using my wood spiritual energy. I am sure it has some effect on wounds created by mutated animals." Her mother offered to help as she was also worried that something would happen to her newly acquired son-in-law.

I also gave him a healing pill and a blood rejuvenation pill because he lost a lot of blood.

Everyone had the same worry so they waited for her answer. They knew that Chu Miao was not an impulsive person and wouldn’t make a decision that could potentially harm her family without proper consideration.
So, they wanted to hear what she had to say.
"I am sure mom. If I wasn’t sure about it I would never have given him those pills. Besides, it’s not the first time I have given him the spiritual spring water, even though the one I gave him before was diluted.
But he already knew that we have some secrets we are keeping and never asked any questions.
He even advised me not to use my teleportation ability outside and as it could cause trouble.
