Upon getting closer, Li Ming noticed the woman had freshly washed her face, still gleaming with water droplets, but was dressed in large black clothes, presumably because she didn’t have much time to change.
Absurdly, the oversized black clothes were tied around her waist to emphasize her figure. Despite coming off a bit stiff and unnatural, she seemed visually pleasing.
“Excuse me sir, do you think we are suitable?”
In front of the man who had just walked in, Zhou Cheng cautiously asked.
As soon as Li Ming entered the gathering place, emptied a pile of food from his backpack, and announced he was hiring, the dazed Zhou Cheng and Xu Xiu immediately perked up.

Zhou Cheng caught a glimpse of the gentle and quite woman beside Li Ming then quickly averted his gaze, his face adorned with a beaming smile.
Meanwhile, knowing the man continuously glancing at Xu Xiu and Xu Xiu’s shy looks towards him, he quietly breathed a sigh of relief.
“Are you here to apply?”
In the midst of Zhou Cheng’s apprehensive gaze, Li Ming shifted his attention away from Xu Xiu and asked him.
Upon hearing the man’s soft-spoken question, Zhou Cheng thought for a moment, then gravely nodded, “Yes, sir.”
