"This is why!"
I raised my hands, commanding the water to surge upward in jagged spikes. Five lethal points of liquid shot through his body, piercing him. He coughed up blood, his form disintegrating into a swarm of bats.
The bats scattered, darting in every direction before reforming into his human shape a few feet away.
"Not bad," he admitted, wiping the blood from his mouth.
"I'm not done yet," I said, raising my hand. "Chain Lightning!"
A crackling bolt of electricity erupted, zipping through the air and striking him directly. The lightning coursed through his body, chaining in and out as he convulsed under its power.
I activated Observe to check his status.
HP: 12,000/20,000
I grinned, wasting no time. Charging forward, I landed several heavy strikes against him, each blow forcing his health lower. With a final uppercut, I launched him into the air.
But Alucard wasn't done. As he ascended, his voice echoed across the battlefield. "Blades of Blood!"
Blood-red blades materialized around him, slicing through the air toward me. I dodged most of them, but a few grazed me, leaving shallow cuts. Before I could counter, Alucard landed on the ground, rushing forward with startling speed.
He leapt high into the air, bringing his leg down in a powerful axe kick. I raised my arms to block it, but the sheer force of the attack created a crater beneath my feet.
Grimacing, I retaliated with a swift kick to his chest, sending him skidding backward. Glancing at my health bar, I saw I still had over 300 HP left.
Time to end this.
Raising my hands, I focused all my remaining magical power. "Holy Break!"
A burst of radiant energy erupted, engulfing Alucard completely. His crimson eyes widened in shock as the holy magic overwhelmed him. When the light faded, he was on his knees, breathing heavily.
"Clever," he muttered between gasps. "You wore me down with lesser skills, just to finish me off with that one."
Panting just as hard, I smiled. "Yeah. Guess it worked."
He chuckled, his voice faint but amused.
I used Observe again.
HP: 897/20,000
"You're tough, Alucard," I admitted, sheathing my weapon. "I'll give you that."
"Thank you," he replied, his tone sincere.
An idea struck me then—one that I couldn't shake. "Hey, I've got a proposition for you."
Alucard raised a curious brow. "What kind of proposition?"
"I bring you with me," I said, standing straight. "You'd make an excellent training partner. And besides, I bet you've already figured out that this place isn't real."
His expression shifted slightly. "I've had my suspicions."
"Then it's settled. What do you say? Although… we'd need to figure out how you'd deal with the sun in the real world."
He chuckled softly. "The sun won't be an issue. I carry daywalker blood—it doesn't affect me."
"Perfect. So, are you in?"
Alucard smiled, a hint of excitement flashing in his eyes. "I accept. I look forward to seeing how much stronger you can become."
Grinning, I offered him my hand and helped him to his feet. From my inventory, I retrieved a few HP potions, handing two to him. He stared at the red liquid curiously.
"It's not blood," I explained, "but it works just as well."
He smirked and drank the potion. I did the same, feeling my energy return. Placing a hand on his shoulder, I activated Escape Dungeon.
The familiar surroundings of the living room materialized around us. Alucard looked around, taking in his new environment with quiet interest.
"Koneko," I called out. "Make extra. We've got a houseguest."
A voice called back from the kitchen, sounding suspicious. "What do you mean?"
Koneko entered the room, her eyes locking on Alucard. Her confusion was palpable. "Okay, what the hell?"

After explaining the situation a sudden notification appeared in my vision.
Sacred Gear Acquired!
The moment I read it, an overwhelming wave of exhaustion washed over me. My legs gave out, and I collapsed into Koneko's arms before everything went dark.

I opened my eyes to find myself standing on a mountain peak, surrounded by clouds. The crisp air bit at my skin, and I turned to take in the breathtaking view.
A deep, resonating voice echoed from behind me. "I choose you."
Spinning around, I froze as a massive dragon loomed over me. Its scales shimmered with a chaotic mix of purple and gold, and its glowing yellow eyes bore into mine.
"What?" I managed, still trying to process what was happening.
"I choose you to be my wielder," the dragon declared, its voice shaking the very air around us.
"Who… who are you?"
"I am Voltaris, the Lightning God of Chaos and the Third Heavenly Dragon!"
My jaw dropped. A Heavenly Dragon?
The sheer weight of the revelation hit me like a truck. After a moment, I straightened up, nodding firmly. "I accept."
As soon as the words left my mouth, a surge of power coursed through my body. Two gauntlets formed on my hands, glowing with a brilliant purple hue and adorned with yellow gems.
Voltaris's voice thundered once more. "Use my power wisely, wielder. Chaos and lightning now belong to you."
"So, what's your name?" the massive dragon asked, his golden eyes narrowing as he studied me.
"Shiro," I replied simply, still trying to wrap my head around the enormous presence before me. I hesitated before asking, "I thought there were only two Heavenly Dragons."
The dragon snorted, a low rumble that echoed like distant thunder. "That's what history would have you believe. I was erased from all records because I am the most powerful of the three Heavenly Dragons, even though I am the youngest."
"That's… interesting." I tried to sound casual, though the weight of his words settled on me.
"Well, there's also the small matter of killing a few… prominent figures during the Great War," he added, his tone almost playful.
"Prominent figures?" I raised an eyebrow.
