Xibao was so quick to crawl. Before Lu Jiang could lift his hand, the cookie in his hand was already snatched away.
Looking again, Xibao had already made it to Lu Jiang’s side. "Aw aw aw!" Naughty boy!
Xibao kicked his legs back, trying unsuccessfully to shake him off. Instantly upset, he reached out towards Feng Qingxue, babbling in frustration.
"Alright, you two stop messing around. It’s late, we should be going to sleep!" Feng Qingxue checked the window cracks for ventilation, added a few more pieces of coal to the stove, and then shook out the quilts on the bed.
