At the wedding, Feng Qingxue noticed that aside from Sang Hong and the newly promoted platoon leader, Niu Yibao, who were relatively young, all the other grooms turned out to be officers, the youngest of whom were over thirty years old.
Qiao Desheng was also a camp commander, hence considered an officer.

Four of the couples that Feng Qingxue had matchmade, aside from mature and steady Shang Kun, the rest seemed almost silly with their laughter, especially Qiao Desheng, who was like a big idiot, while the brides all gave polite smiles, not humble, not arrogant, just naturally elegant.

Everyone adored Xibao, so his parents got to sit with Commander Ye Zhengjun and others due to their son’s popularity.
