On the road, Luh Kai asked her what she had discussed with that person, and Cheng Su recounted with a smile, saying, "She was probably trying to suss us out, worried we might steal her business with this shop!"
Luh Kai laughed out loud, "You see, that’s the advantage of a good location, business is sure to thrive in the future."
"May your words come true!" replied Cheng Su with a slight smile.

Luh Kai was very efficient in handling matters, and somehow, he quickly arranged for Cheng Su to transfer the ownership and collect the keys.
