It’s not her imagination, the little kid really has grown taller, which naturally made the smile on Gu Jin’s face a bit wider.
A taxi stopped beside them.
Gu Jin led the child into the car, and before the driver could speak, she directly said, "To the Shenzhen Stock Exchange."
The driver stepped on the gas, driving the car away from the hotel, heading straight for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Early in the morning, the queue at the entrance of the exchange was not long, but not short either.
Gu Jin got out of the car, leading the kid without joining the line.

She needed to handle a considerable transaction today, and finding a scalper would be most convenient, having someone guide her could save a lot of trouble.
Gu Jin stood with the child to the side, casually scanning the surroundings, observing those who were not in line but were also watching the other people.
These people were focusing on the crowd buying securities, all dressed immaculately in suits, looking prestigious.
A few individuals caught Gu Jin’s attention, but she ultimately focused on a man in a blue suit, holding a brown briefcase.
It’s because this man’s eyes, looking over the crowd, didn’t have the gleam of exploiting a lamb to the slaughter as others did.
Gu Jin glanced at the puzzled kid beside her, leading her towards the man.
The man was plump.
He saw a girl leading a little boy over, with a flash of confusion in his eyes. He noted their refined clothing, which stood out amongst the crowd.
Thinking the sibling duo was asking for directions, the man revealed a smile when they got closer, "What’s up? Are you lost?"
In his eyes, both kids were underage, with the older being about fifteen or sixteen, and the younger around seven or eight.
So his tone was particularly gentle.
Gu Jin held the little kid with one hand, while reaching into her coat pocket with the other, pulling out her bank card and ID, and giving them a slight wave in front of him.
She smiled and spoke, "What’s your surname?"
With just a glance at her ID, he could tell Gu Jin was an adult, and seeing the bank card, the man immediately understood something.
Even though Gu Jin’s face looked juvenile, the man wouldn’t refuse a business opportunity.
He maintained his smile, "My surname is Xu."
Gu Jin nodded, indicating she understood, "Mr. Xu, I’m interested in a stock and would like to try my hand. I wonder if you’re interested in helping?"
Mr. Xu thought this girl talked quite politely, like a little adult, though she was indeed grown-up, despite looking so young.
As soon as Gu Jin finished speaking, Mr. Xu beamed, "Of course, how much would you like to purchase? We don’t need to queue; we can go in now to fill out the subscription form. However, whatever you buy, I charge a one percent fee."
One percent was not much to Gu Jin, and she nodded, "Okay."
She did not hesitate, agreeing so readily that it made Mr. Xu a bit puzzled, but he did not show it.
Continuing to smile, "Which stock are you interested in?"
"What’s the situation with Shenfeng Technology now?"
Upon hearing Shenfeng Technology, Mr. Xu’s expression changed, for the stock was never highly regarded initially and remained in a half-dead state.
Shenfeng Technology was a company that started in Shenzhen last year, and lately, it seemed to be working on computer upgrades, causing some stir.
Mr. Xu thought to himself that this young girl was really being reckless.
