Huo Beijiang descended the stairs and raised his eyebrows slightly, “Get Nan Fei a new room.”
Chen Cuihua silently exclaimed, “I’m done for!” She realized he had discovered her little plan.
“Okay, and what about you?”
“I don’t need one. I’ll stay in Nan Fei’s current room.”

“What is it?” Huo Beijiang’s tone held a touch of impatience but he didn’t expose her. It was easier to deal with astute people, as some things didn’t need to be explained too clearly.
“Nothing! Oh right, my name is Chen Cuihua. I’m a good friend of Nan Fei’s. What should I call you?” Chen Cuihua extended her hand.
Huo Beijiang looked her up and down then finally shook her hand quickly.
“I’m Nan Fei’s fiancé,” Huo Beijiang cut her off.
Chen Cuihua got the point instantly, “I’m Nan Fei’s sister.”
“Hmm!” This woman sure knows how to take advantage of situations.
Nan Fei was hiding in the restroom, refusing to come out, but Huo Beijiang was getting impatient and started knocking on the door.
“Sweetie, don’t you have things to do? If you don’t come out soon, it’ll be too late.” After saying this, he peeked at his wristwatch and added in an urgent tone, “It’s almost time for dinner! You’ve successfully wasted the whole morning.”
Nan Fei flung open the door and glared at him, “You have the nerve to accuse me of wasting time? Who’s the real time-waster here, tell me, don’t you know?”
“Alright! Stop making a fuss,” Huo Beijiang placated her with a smile. “Hurry up, let me take you out.”
