“Call the police! Call the police.” He couldn’t believe that someone had dared to vandalize his place; it was utterly lawless.
“There’s no need!” Huo Beijiang had removed his original military uniform and changed into simple everyday clothes. With one hand in his trouser pocket, he walked leisurely across a floor strewn with paper and shattered glass, towards Jin Lifu.
“Huo Beijiang? Why are you here?” Seeing Huo Beijiang, Jin Lifu barely suppressed his rage and said, “If you don’t want me to call the police, don’t tell me that all of this was orchestrated by you?”
