Baddie Distribution System Chapter 13

"Get the fuck off the bus! Broke-ass!"

"Suck my cawk, you pot-bellied ogre!"

"Me? Ogre? I marked your face! I swear I’ll find you!"

Dapper stuck out his tongue mockingly at the driver, scurrying off the bus after getting booted out.

But honestly, this was all part of his plan. He was already in Epathe, the city he lived in—nestled within the Haegia Empire. It was one of the most expensive and industrious cities around. Not that Dapper really cared. After all, he was married to a rich, hardworking businesswoman.

It was nighttime now, pushing close to eight. Between waking up late in the infirmary and walking to the bus stop, time had zipped by. But he wasn’t home yet, he still had a fifteen-minute uphill walk to the Freeman Estate.

Back at the estate, Ruth paced restlessly around her room. Her phone was clenched tightly in her hand, her eyes flicking to the screen every few seconds.

She snatched it up, seeing Fred’s name. She answered instantly.

{I’m sorry, boss. I’ve checked everywhere, but I couldn’t find him. The people at the tower said he left about an hour ago. He probably took public transport since he didn’t find me. Please don’t worry, Boss, I’m heading back now. Maybe I’ll catch him along the way.} Fred said, then ended the call.

Ruth’s grip tightened on the phone. She bit her lip hard.

"He doesn’t even have a phone. I told him! But he wouldn’t listen!" she hissed, tugging at her hair in frustration—only to freeze. Her expression shifted.

"Me and Belinda argued today about the property... Did she do something to him?" she muttered, then bolted out of her room.

At the entrance of the estate, Dapper arrived and hunched over, panting heavily. The uphill walk had drained him.

’What a shitty body. And don’t even get me started on that yappy system that would only bring girls into my orbit,’ he cursed inwardly.

As he stepped onto the estate grounds, a worker spotted him and quickly ran over, grabbing his backpack to help.

"No need, my Lord. By the way, My Lady has been looking everywhere for you," the worker said, surprised. But with the next breath, a monstrous wave of mouth odor blasted into Dapper’s face.

He almost blacked out.

Trying not to be rude, he forced a smile that looked like he was holding in explosive diarrhea.

But the worker wasn’t done, he launched into a cheerful rant about how polite Dapper and Ruth were despite their status.

’What the holy sewer bomb... Just get a toothbrush or shut the fuck up,’ Dapper thought, a vein throbbing on his forehead as he winced through the bomb-like halitosis.

"Is something wrong, my Lord? You look distressed," the man asked, unleashing another wave.

Dapper’s eyes bulged, his throat tightened, and sweat rolled down his neck.

He couldn’t take it anymore. He was seconds away from exploding.

"Just don’t fucking ta—"

"My Lord!" a familiar voice called out.

Dapper turned to see him power-walking toward them. ’Thank Goodness.’ He snatched his backpack back and sent the worker away.

As soon as the man was gone, Dapper dropped his facade, wheezing like he just escaped a gas chamber.

"Are you okay, my Lord?" Fred asked, noticing his ragged breathing.

"Trust me, I’m not good," Dapper replied, wiping sweat from his face.

Fred glanced at the retreating worker and chuckled. "Ah, you met Dan today. He’s... famous around here. Word of advice—don’t ever strike up a conversation with that guy," Fred warned but he didn’t go into much details which made Dapper confused.

’What a bunch of weirdos around here.’

Fred helped Dapper to the front steps.

"See you tomorrow, my Lord!" he said, waving as Dapper entered the house.

Inside, Dapper could hear raised voices upstairs. It sounded like Ruth was arguing with someone.

He moved quickly, climbing the stairs—only to find Ruth and Belinda mid-fight.

"I don’t know where he is, sister! You have to believe me! I would never do something that messed up!" Belinda cried out.

"I don’t trust you! Not anymore—not after how many times you’ve broken my trust!" Ruth barked. "You’re capable of this. If you did anything to Dapper, speak now because I won’t forgive you this ti—"

"STOP!" Dapper’s voice boomed through the room.

Both women went silent.

This was his chance—to assert the masculinity his predecessor never had.

"I know you’re worried about me, darling. But accusing her isn’t fair. Belinda is not that kind of person... right?" Dapper said, turning to Belinda.

Belinda blinked, stunned. The way he stood there—confident, grinning, calm—he didn’t look like the same man she knew. She couldn’t even bring herself to shout at him like she used to.

"I’ll take my leave then," Belinda muttered, her voice stiff with restrained anger. "Guess I’m clean now, sister."

She stormed off, heading to her room upstairs.

"Dapper!" Ruth gasped, rushing over and wrapping her arms around him. "I was so worried... I’m sorry for overreacting. Where have you been?" she asked softly, burying her face in his chest, breathing in his manly scent.

"As you can see, your husband’s safe and sound," Dapper smirked. "Passed out after the awakening. But honestly... I’ve been thinking about you all day."

His hand slid behind her, gripping a handful of her thick ass through her nightgown. It was Supple. Meaty. Elastic.

Ruth gasped with a soft moan as he gave it another squeeze.

[A/N: I forgot to mention, this novel also includes "slice of life" elements. Sadly, I couldn’t tag it properly due to Webnovel’s limited tag options.

And if you’re wondering why that worker had a bad breath that could knock someone unconscious, here’s a little hint: it has something to do with his system. That’s also why Fred warned never to start a conversation with him—it should always be the other way around. I didn’t want to drop this detail directly into the story, but I hope this clears things up a bit!]
