"I got it all sorted out, how else would they have let me come back?" Su Chen said with a mischievous smile as he sat down next to Lin Ruoxue, laughing, "Wife, do you believe me now?"
"I never said I didn't believe you."
Lin Ruoxue retorted with a pout.
Hearing this, Su Chen couldn't help but pout. Who was the one with an ice-cold face that could almost freeze someone to death just now?
However, he dared not voice this thought, in case it upset Lin Ruoxue just as things were calming down. That would be more trouble than it was worth!
"Wife, you wronged me. Shouldn't you compensate my injured soul a little?"
Su Chen teased, while simultaneously leaning slightly towards Lin Ruoxue.

Lin Ruoxue, like a frightened little deer, immediately curled up.
She knew her husband well; he might be a good person, but he was definitely not a straightforward one!
Su Chen's lips curved up slightly, a mischievous charm emanating from him, causing Lin Ruoxue's heart to flutter involuntarily.
"I'm warning you, don't mess around!"

When Lin Ruoxue saw Su Chen's face up close, a deep blush spread across her beautiful face!
