"That's all you're eating?"
Su Chen asked, noticing that Qiuru's lunchbox had only a little rice and vegetables.
"That won't do, here, have some of mine."
As he spoke, Su Chen scooped almost untouched portions of his meal into Qiuru's lunchbox:
"You work so hard, how can you have the energy to keep going on so little food?"
Qiuru, looking at the heaping food now in her lunchbox, couldn't help but laugh and cry at the same time, "You've pushed over too much; it's more than I eat in an entire day."
"Do you think I'm a pig or something?"
She said, with a mixture of amusement and annoyance.
"No worries, eat up, and I'll finish whatever you can't!"
Su Chen, who was eating, muttered casually upon hearing Qiuru's response.
At the time, Su Chen didn't think anything of what he had said, but it made Qiuru feel somewhat uncomfortable.
Eating from the same box was something only very close people would do!
So all Qiuru could do was to nod with a "hmm" and lower her head to continue eating; she really did end up eating a lot, as if the food tasted better than usual.
However, the amount Su Chen had given her was too much; in the end, she couldn't finish, leaving about half of it uneaten.
