"Do you hope they get together?"
"It doesn't matter, it's just a movie anyway."
Su Chen shrugged nonchalantly.
Pei Man pursed her lips in disappointment.
Pei Man had also called Shen Shao "so boring," when she really found him dull and uninteresting.
But when she called Su Chen boring now, it sounded more like she was playfully pouting.
Then, the two fell silent again, watching the movie, but halfway through, a series of noises came from behind them.
Su Chen and Pei Man both turned their heads to look, and instantly, they faced an awkward moment!
Because the couple behind them seemed to be doing things that lovers do; the woman was already sitting on the man's lap, with her own seat empty!
The low panting noises seemed to tantalize their nerves, especially Pei Man, whose face had already turned beet red, for she had never witnessed such a bold show played out right before her eyes.
Fortunately, it was dark enough here that not many could see them.
Then they realized that it wasn't just this couple—many areas in the cinema were enacting similar scenes!
"I finally understand why couples like to watch movies so much."
Su Chen chuckled in sudden realization:
"So it turns out, 'The old drunkard's intent isn't on the wine!'"
After hearing what Su Chen said, Pei Man chose to stay silent—after all, what could she, a woman, say about that?
"Pei Man, since it's , let's not waste this precious opportunity!"
Su Chen then whispered in Pei Man's ear:
"There's someone who's been watching us from behind the whole time."

Su Chen's eyes suddenly brightened as he spoke.
Upon hearing this, Pei Man immediately tensed up—surely he didn't really want to book a room with her?!
But after all, Pei Man was no ordinary person; with a quick thought, she understood Su Chen's real intentions.
Pei Man couldn't help but ask.
Su Chen nodded in response.
Pei Man immediately understood—Su Chen was preparing to take real action!
Since Su Chen had made up his mind, she was willing to cooperate.
The two didn't go to fetch their car but instead walked to a nearby Five-Star Level hotel and booked a luxury suite!
The man in the duckbill cap who had been following behind witnessed this scene and his pupils suddenly constricted.
He didn't dare to delay for a second, immediately sending this important piece of information to Shen Shao, along with several photos of the pair entering the hotel.
