Gu Mengmeng already felt rather tipsy but Wabei remained alert. Gu Mengmeng rubbed her temples as she shook her head. “No more, I can’t drink anymore.”
Wabei hooked one arm around Gu Mengmeng’s neck. “You said you would get drunk with me… are you going back on your word?”
Gu Mengmeng stood up unsteadily and walked gingerly over to the wine barrel. She pried open the cap of the barrel before curling one finger at Wabei, who was sitting nearby. “Little shit, I am not a petty person. Don’t you know… since I said we wouldn’t stop until we are drunk, I will keep my word. Come over here… look at this. Did you see… it’s all wine. I am a rich tycoon. Understand?”

With that, he duck his head into the barrel and start slurping noisily.
Elvis elbowed Lea. “So, who is whose father now?”
Lea held his forehead. “I didn’t even pass elementary Chinese, I don’t really understand.”
Lea then grinned and went over to pull Gu Mengmeng into his arms. “He wouldn’t be able to finish this barrel anytime soon. Go and take a nap first.”
Gu Mengmeng stared at Lea, momentarily stunned. She then smacked Lea. “Evil demon! Give me back my master!”
Lea was shocked by the smack. He stared innocently at Elvis. “Her master is…”
Elvis thought about it before pulling at Auretin, who had been beaten black and blue by Lea. “Take him. Just accommodate her request.”
Lea nodded and dragged Auretin over to Gu Mengmeng. “Here, I return your master to you.”
Gu Mengmeng didn’t take hold of Auretin but just knelt down, staring dumbly at him. After a couple of seconds, she blubbered. “I heard that I can become immortal if I eat him… in this way, I can accompany my men forever… why don’t the three of us share him and eat him up?”
