Becoming a God Starts with Acting Chapter 304

"Bang!" Liam’s body was hurled through the air. He struggled to regain control, flipping once midair before landing.

Somehow, Mr. Andersen had disappeared.

The black cat on the ground widened its eyes and stared at them, red slowly spreading through its beautiful amber gaze.

"Meww~" it opened its mouth, let out a single cry, and then spun around to run off, disappearing through the fence and into the deep forest.

Finn, however, was still hunched over, eating diligently.

Alice tried to move forward, but Austin’s large hand blocked her.

Liam had returned as well. He positioned himself in front, his voice low: "Alice, danger."

The large, cat-like tail swished constantly. Suddenly, Finn’s body began to swell rapidly. In no time, he had doubled in size. His clothes tore apart with loud rips, revealing a thin layer of black fur covering his body. His arms and legs stretched to the ground; his fingers and toes elongated, remaining human in form rather than becoming paws, each finger reaching fifty centimeters, twitching continuously.

Suddenly, he turned his head. However, his face remained completely human—an unchanging face mounted on a feline body.

He opened his mouth and let out a soft cry, bits of flesh falling from the corners of his lips.

His eyes glowed bright red. Then he opened his mouth wide and lunged at incredible speed toward Austin!

Inside his mouth, countless sharp tongues writhed endlessly, ready to strike.

As he opened wide, one of the tongues shot straight at Austin!

Austin roared, catching the attacking tongue barehanded, then yanked it with all his strength. The tongue didn’t break, but the monster’s body was dragged violently toward him!

The creature raised its long front limbs, its elongated fingers now appearing as countless sharp spikes. The piercing screech typical of fighting cats filled the air.

Austin remained unfazed. He tilted his body and, using all his strength, slammed the monster’s entire body to the ground with such force that a dent appeared.

The monster let out a pained roar, raising its hands to sever its tongue. Its body kept leaping backward, eyes sharp and glowing, its mouth—once human—now grotesquely wide.

[Goddamn, I like cats, I like furries, but not furries , please!]

[Terrifying as hell, those hands give me goosebumps!]

[Guess who’ll win, Austin or Finn? Ha ha ha.]

[Seems like a coincidence, Finn’s abilities are the bane of Austin.]

At that moment, the ground beneath them suddenly shook violently, as if split apart by a tremendous force.

Spikes of earth shot up from below, aiming to pierce the monster’s body!

But the monster didn’t even attempt to dodge. Its body hardened into stone instantly, and the spikes shattered into sand upon contact with its rock-solid form!

The monster roared, swinging its arms, and in the blink of an eye, it appeared right in front of Liam!

Liam’s eyes widened. He hurriedly stepped back, raising his hands as a shield of earth formed.

"Scratch!" The sound of claws scraping against the shield was piercing. The monster’s fingers tore through the earthen wall, breaking the soil with bare hands. The writhing tongues in its mouth twisted and coiled, ready to strike.

At that moment, the creature suddenly launched into the air before being hurled toward the fence!

Austin stood his ground, his face cold as he looked at Liam. "Protect Alice well." Then he lunged forward, raising his fist and delivering a powerful strike to the monster’s head!

In an instant, the monster’s body hardened into stone!

Fresh blood immediately spurted from Austin’s hand, but he barely noticed. When the monster’s body turned to stone, it could no longer attack.

Unless its defenses were unbreakable, it would die under Austin’s fist!

Hermes had scoured the room. Clearly, this room’s owner was definitely not Mrs. Andersen. The wardrobe held beautiful dresses but was far too small for Mrs. Andersen. Interestingly, men’s clothes were also in the room, and judging by their size, they fit Mr. Andersen perfectly.

So, was Angelia the third party? Or, more accurately, had Mr. Andersen been unfaithful?

The door was locked tight; even using brute force, escaping seemed impossible.

The clock hands kept moving, stopping finally at the number twelve.

At that moment, something shifted. The chime of the little bird on the clock blended with cheerful footsteps from outside.

But soon, the cheerful steps turned into hurried, irritated sounds. Now, it seemed more than just a pair of feet were striking the floor.

As if something was crawling up the door, a piercing voice rang out: "I will kill them all, kill every one who dares to betray me!"

The door suddenly split open with a large hole, then shattered into fragments. The massive form of Mrs. Andersen burst through, lunging toward Hermes like an arrow!

Hermes frowned and immediately dodged.

Mrs. Andersen clung to the window, part of her gripping the wall.

Her body was no longer human, transformed into a creature resembling a centipede.

She had ten heads—her older heads contained smaller, younger ones stacked atop them. The smaller heads sprouted from the larger ones. Her face was now sharp and pale, with translucent membranes that twisted as if alive, and her ears stretched longer with fin-like membranes. Follow current novels on 𝓷𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓵•𝓯𝓲𝓻𝓮•𝓷𝓮𝓽

She had no neck; her body extended straight down for ten meters, twisting unpredictably. Ten pairs of legs and arms moved nimbly across the ground, almost filling a corner of the room.

Seeing Hermes, she let out a resounding scream and crawled straight toward him. Her limbs moved with incredible agility, her speed surpassing a rapid transformation.

Hermes stepped back, raising both hands. Fragile, nearly invisible threads shot forth into the darkness, directly targeting Mrs. Andersen, moving as if they had a life of their own.

By Hermes’ command, they wrapped around Mrs. Andersen’s body.

Hermes clenched his fists, tightening the threads. Mrs. Andersen’s body was bound into a coil, her limbs writhing in vain, struggling to escape, but the thin threads proved nearly indestructible.

Hermes held his fists tightly. Mrs. Andersen’s body now resembled a pale, twisted mass of flesh, yet it was nearly impossible to tear into pieces.

At that moment, Mrs. Andersen suddenly opened her mouth wide, revealing a gaping throat inside...

A deafening sound tore through everything, releasing a surge of energy that shattered the wall behind Hermes, sending him flying backward!
