The Absolute Night Wolf Guards, under the leadership of Sikong Jing, relentlessly fought and slaughtered their enemies until their hands grew weary, but their True Qi, replenished by the water of the lake mixed with the blood of the Absolute Night Wolf King, seemed inexhaustible.
Several more hours passed in the blink of an eye, and Sikong Jing said in a hoarse voice, "It’s about time, we should break out."

The pursuers threw themselves at Sikong Jing and the Absolute Night Wolf Guards who were cutting through them as they broke out, with waves of Wolf Blades cleaving through the forest, silhouetted against the starry sky.
Each slice of a Wolf Blade seemed to carry with it the ice and snow of the chilling night, despairing and terrifying.

By the lake, the seriously wounded Dou Youchuan stood beside the body of their Palace Master.
He watched the distant bursts of Wolf Blades and muttered to himself, thinking of the name Sikong Jing gave to the seven hundred wolf guards: Jueye Wolf Guards.
At this very moment, the name seemed so fitting, so terrifying.
"Why can Sikong Jing be this terrifying, why must there be such an unscrupulous person?"
Dou Youchuan was not inherently evil, not all students of Xingluo Palace were bad people.

Sikong Jing nodded in understanding, then he took from the spy all the details of the War Soul Dynasty’s troop movements.
Although the spy’s information was not comprehensive, it was enough to deduce the results Sikong Jing wanted to know.
After some analysis, Sikong Jing suddenly looked up and said, "Lian Guang, we’ve succeeded!"
Upon hearing this, Lian Guang’s body trembled slightly as he stared at Sikong Jing and asked, "Does the commander mean...?"
"We have become the main focus of the War Soul Dynasty’s pursuit; General Ning can now be much more at ease."
Sikong Jing shook the intelligence in his hand, a look of satisfaction on his face.
